There was a raccoon that created a hole into the roof and kept on crawling in and out inside the roof. Kenneth was very professional and knowledgeable in dealing with the issue. He answered all my questions throughly and gave me an honest quote before starting work. I am more than satisfied with his work and would highly recommend his services

We called Gotcha Wildlife as we found a raccoon living in our shed. We reached out to Kenneth on Sunday and he agreed to come the next day. He gave us a 2 hour time frame and a heads up of 30 minutes before arriving at our home. He quickly explained the process to me then went straight to work. He removed 4 baby raccoons and finally the mother. I was concerned that they would be hurt or not kept together, but he assured me of the humane post-removal process. He even allowed me to take a picture to show my kids. He and his associate explained what I needed to do in terms of cleanup of my shed. Total time outside was just under 30 minutes. Both Ken and his associate were polite, knowledgeable and friendly. When the service was over, I paid by credit card to the agreed upon price. Both my receipts were emailed to me. This is an intense job – both Kenneth and his associate had so much patience and control during the removal. I typically don't take the time to write reviews, however, Ken is simply a no nonsense, on his game professional when he is dealing with his customers. Please don't waste your time calling anyone else (specifically ICE ) --Just call Ken at Gotcha and he will take it from there. -- ICE tried to sell me far more than I actually needed and I am so glad they did not call me back. Ken, came into my home, quickly examined the issues with the little critters and most importanly, only quoted to seal up only the points of entry and not charge 6x's as ICE quoted to seal every nook & cranny on the outside of the house. Ken's got the job and I would never call anyone else again. I just wish Ken also did landscaping lighting, irrigation systems, lawn maintenance and everything else i need help with because he is the professional i want to deal with. Ken's simply the best. ----Ok, I'm done.

I have used Ken twice now and his services have been excellent.This last time was particularly complicated as the raccoon had babies and Ken had to go into the attic not once but twice (on different days) as the mother had split up the litter into two different locations.Ken was extremely patient and responsive throughout the entire process,including answering calls on Easter Sunday!!! and extremely knowledgeable regarding all phases of the removal,repair and proofing.Highly highly recommended!

I called Gotcha Wildlife, thinking we had squirrels in our chimney. They arrived promptly the next day to discover a big fat racoon. Ken's team worked very hard to remove the stubborn and sleepy racoon before putting a one-way door at the top. The next day, we were free of raccoons rustling in the chimney. I called and left a message, Ken got back to me quickly. I was about to begin showing my home for sale, and had a squirrel in my ceiling over the dining area. Kens guys showed up the next morning and did what they do best, installed a one way door for the squirrel to leave by. They had to come back once, to double-check where the squirrel was getting in. Happy to say now, squirrel is gone, sold my home!

I called Ken on Mar08 at 5:12p and left a message indicating my problem with raccoons tearing off the shingles on the ridge vent of my addition. He promptly returned my call at 7:30p and said that he would be out to my house between 10:00a-12:00p the next day. He and his team (Peter & Conor) arrived at 9:55a to assess the damage and luckily the raccoons had not clawed their way into my roof. Ken explained to me that since the raccoons had not actually made it into my roof, laying traps without having a roof entry point was not an option. Setting up traps on my deck in an attempt to catch the raccoons prior to them getting up on the roof was also ruled out as it would more than likely net me a few of my neighbour's cats. He explained that his plan would be to repair the damaged shingles and then install some protective wire over the ridge vent. In anticipation of the repair needed, I had purchased a bundle of matching shingles to replace those that the raccoons had tore off and Ken & his team proceeded to install them. After re-shingling, Ken secured the newly installed shingles by installing 24 feet of galvanized meshing overtop of the ridge vent. After all things were completed, they cleaned off the roof of all torn and damaged shingles which I, in turn disposed of. This raccoon damage began in January with only a few shingles being torn off. Now with the warmer weather, they returned with a vengeance and were determined to claw their way into my roof. The Gotcha Wildlife Team provided prompt & courteous service and relieved my stress by responding so quickly to my problem. Ken said to me that if I encounter any further damage to the ridge vent, I can rest assured knowing that I'm covered by the 3-year warranty that his company provides. I would highly recommend Ken & the Gotcha Wildlife Team to anyone in need of pest removal, pest prevention or roofing repair.
