    Bird Nest Removal

    We had Ken come out to remove a bird nest that was in one of our soffit vents - I called him on a holiday and he returned my call within the hour, and we made arrangements for the next day. Ken was very professional and definitely knew his stuff! He was able to remove the nest, checked to make sure that everything was sealed properly so the birds couldn't get back in, and he even found some spots where raccoons were trying to get into the roof! I recommend Ken and Gotcha Wildlife to anyone with a wildlife issue.

    Remove a bird nest

    I called Gotcha Wildlife for removing a bird nest on window sill. Ken's work impressed me with his professionalism and efficiency. After a couple of weeks, I called him again for my desired option to prevent recurrence. Ken was very prompt in responding and did it to my entire satisfaction. I have no hesitation in recommending him for any clearance work related to wildlife.

    Opossum Removal

    Living in an old house means you occasionally get unwanted guests in walls, under porches or (unfortunately) in the basement. We called Ken at ten PM on a weekend with an Opossum in our basement and he was there within the hour to remove it. He also helped us with a possible skunk/rat situation under our back addition. He is pleasant, fast, professional and thorough. Can't recommend him enough.

    Squirrel removal from roof soffit

    We had a new family of red squirrels that found their way into our roof soffit. After hearing them for a couple of weeks we called Ken at Gotcha. We found out about Gotcha from our neighbour, who had animal problems before and Ken removed them. He was knowledgeable, prompt and efficient in setting up the trap door and within a couple of days the squirrels were gone. Gotcha is professional and did what needed to be done.

    Wildlife Removal

    Due to where I live, there is a large forest which provides a home to various animals. Mine however are garter snakes which have decided to make a home in my garden. I decided to contact Gotcha Wildlife and spoke to Ken first thing in the morning and he was here that afternoon. I was so pleased with his professionalism and prompt response. He arrived fully prepared and was able to remove 5 of the pesky critters. I asked him what would he do with the snakes and he said relocate them as they are very good for the environment and Eco system. He was gentle and calm so not to upset them. I highly recommend Ken for any wildlife removal.

    Raccoon in Chimmey

    There was a raccoon that created a hole into the roof and kept on crawling in and out inside the roof. Kenneth was very professional and knowledgeable in dealing with the issue. He answered all my questions throughly and gave me an honest quote before starting work. I am more than satisfied with his work and would highly recommend his services

    Ken came to the rescue - again!

    We found Gotcha Wildlife last year, and not only was his response time amazing - came within the hour which was unheard of in high season for critters - but he found the problem in less than half an hour. Ken went above and beyond, and the cost was super reasonable. Cut to this spring, same kind of issue - same level of service. So reliable and professional - thanks again Ken!

    Thank Goodness for Gotcha Wildlife

    We called Gotcha Wildlife as we found a raccoon living in our shed. We reached out to Kenneth on Sunday and he agreed to come the next day. He gave us a 2 hour time frame and a heads up of 30 minutes before arriving at our home. He quickly explained the process to me then went straight to work. He removed 4 baby raccoons and finally the mother. I was concerned that they would be hurt or not kept together, but he assured me of the humane post-removal process. He even allowed me to take a picture to show my kids. He and his associate explained what I needed to do in terms of cleanup of my shed. Total time outside was just under 30 minutes. Both Ken and his associate were polite, knowledgeable and friendly. When the service was over, I paid by credit card to the agreed upon price. Both my receipts were emailed to me. This is an intense job – both Kenneth and his associate had so much patience and control during the removal. I’m very happy with the service and would recommend Gotcha Wildlife to any of our friends and neighbours. Amit

    I don't write reviews.....However, ...

    I typically don't take the time to write reviews, however, Ken is simply a no nonsense, on his game professional when he is dealing with his customers. Please don't waste your time calling anyone else (specifically ICE ) --Just call Ken at Gotcha and he will take it from there. -- ICE tried to sell me far more than I actually needed and I am so glad they did not call me back. Ken, came into my home, quickly examined the issues with the little critters and most importanly, only quoted to seal up only the points of entry and not charge 6x's as ICE quoted to seal every nook & cranny on the outside of the house. Ken's got the job and I would never call anyone else again. I just wish Ken also did landscaping lighting, irrigation systems, lawn maintenance and everything else i need help with because he is the professional i want to deal with. Ken's simply the best. ----Ok, I'm done.

    Racoon Removal and Roof Repair and racoon proofing.

    I have used Ken twice now and his services have been excellent.This last time was particularly complicated as the raccoon had babies and Ken had to go into the attic not once but twice (on different days) as the mother had split up the litter into two different locations.Ken was extremely patient and responsive throughout the entire process,including answering calls on Easter Sunday!!! and extremely knowledgeable regarding all phases of the removal,repair and proofing.Highly highly recommended!
