During Family day weekend, i called Gotcha Wildlife people, & they confirmed that they will be in the morning hours on Family Day. And, they were right on time & did a superb job. My house attic had 1 or 2 racoons & there was a hole in our shringlers; the team of Kenneth & Peter put a one way door & did metal shielding as well. Since then there is no voice & trouble of racoons. I definitely recommend their services to others.

We experienced a recent attempt at a break-in; thankfully the work Gotcha Wildlife did for us last year held out. In revenge, our persistent raccoon left his mark: bent siding, insulation bits on the roof. At the time of our call to Gotcha this time, we weren't sure if he'd gotten in or not; they returned our call within an hour and were at the house shortly after. They resealed the opening, restuffed our insulation, gave us great advice - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any wildlife situation, and Gotcha will always be the first people I'll call. These guys know their stuff!

I live in a century old house and raccoons and squirrels are rampant in my neighbourhood. Ken has always been so professional, he is very accessible and always arrives on time, that's why I'm a repeat customer. He is very knowledgeable and explains very well what the problem is and how to solve the problem. We had been hearing scratching, chewing, squealing and hissing in our ceiling for couple of nights already. I called Ken and he showed up promptly. He repaired the window flashing, located the squirrel entry point and secured the entry. Finally he inspected the whole area. He has done a lot more than what I paid for. It is very comforting when he said he will take care of me. As a customer, I love a company who stand in their core values: honesty, sincerity, efficiency and integrity. After hearing scratching noises in our ceiling and walls, and laying awake for hours wondering what was above us, we called Gotcha just after 8 am on Saturday morning. Ken called us back within an hour. We discussed what we were hearing and the action that would be taken. Ken was very thorough in explaining the process and made it our choice as to when we would like him to come assess the problem. We chose as soon as possible of course! Ken showed up at around 1 pm the same day. He did an inspection and determined that we had mice. We had him treat the area, he inspected the rest of the house. We haven't heard any more sounds since Sunday morning. Ken took care of our problem quickly and efficiently. No more sleepless nights! I highly recommend Gotcha Wildlife services to anyone who thinks they may have some pesky critters residing in their homes. Thank you Ken.

Ken came out today on New Years Eve, to help out with a squirrel problem we were having in our attic. He was very professional and arrived at the exact time he said he would. He was very thorough as well as knowledgeable and explained to me the procedure of what he would be doing. Overall 5 star service. I would highly recommend this company!
