Great experiences with Gotcha! First time we used Gotcha's services they cleaned and sanitized our attic. We were building a new home and some raccoons made a home of our attic. They left a huge mess behind them. Ken and his team came in and cleaned up. Second time, squirrels got into our attic! The Gotcha team went above and beyond to make sure everything was under control. Both times, the issue was handled professionally and efficiently. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. I contacted Ken at Gotcha Wildlife because their methods of animal prevention sounded humane and when i did a homestars search, they consistently scored impressive reviews. We renovated our third floor attic recently but squirrels still managaed to find a way into the dormer section. It sounded like they were in the walls and we wanted to deal with the situation before any real damage was done. Ken and Peter were very professional and personable and completed the job quickly. Our exterior is old so they had to deal with a very loose eaves trough. They fortified it so left it in better shape than they found it. After dealing with numerous contractors and tradesmen for our renos and finding much disappointment with that experience, it was an extreme relief to find gotcha wildlife's professionalism and integrity. A sincere thank you to Ken and Peter for their help!!!

One persistent squirrel managed to build a hip little pad in my 3rd floor eaves-through. I contacted Gotcha Wildlife, and Kenneth was fantastic the whole way through. Kenneth installed a one way trap door allowing the squirrels to exit but not re-enter, and even installed some preventative mesh in the exit/entry of our through. Kenneth even managed to co-ordinate with my rowhouse neighbours to ensure completion of the job, and returned several times to get that lil' bugger out. I'm so relieved to live in a squatter-free home again! Kenneth was very thoughtful, professional and really made me feel like he cared about my pest problem. A++ recommendation!

Ken was responsive and identified the issue at our house immediately (mice had come in due to the change in seasons). He explained clearly how he was going to address problem and was a pleasure to deal with. 10/10 and would highly recommend him to anyone.

We were quoted one price, and there was far more of an issue than we had originally anticipated, but Kenneth was fantastic and agreed to remove the excess at the original quoted price. Helped us out a lot, and would definitely recommend.

After having a home invasion by squirrels and raccoons. Kenneth was able to get rid of all the critters and barricade the house in record time. Friendly, fast and dependable thank you so much for taking care of everything !

Thank you Kenneth. I called and he came out the next morning. Was really knowledgable about all things Mice and Rats and points of entry and how to take care of the problem. He did a thorough inspection inside and outside of the house and took care of all the traps. The price included two follow up visits.

I noticed noise coming from my attic at dawn and dusk and feared squirrels had entered my attic through the roof. I went on homestars and discovered many positive reviews for Gotcha Wildlife. I booked an appointment with Ken who explained the cost of his service and what he would do to get rid of the squirrels. Ken arrived early the next day, and identified which holes the squirrels were using to enter my attic. He set up a one way trapdoor to allow the squirrels to leave the attic but not reenter. Ken was polite, knowledgeable and answered and all my questions. He explained he would come back next week to remove the traps. I fully recommend Gotcha Wildlife for your pest control needs.

We had heard some noises for a while in our daughter's bedroom. We suspected squirrels but delayed doing anything because it was early spring and did not want to evict the babies. Finally decided it was time to deal with the issue. We called 3 different companies for quotes. Ken from Gotcha was by far the most professional. He asked key questions and gave a clear explanation of what he would do. Ken arrived when he said he would and returned to remove the one way traps as promised. A1 service !!!

I called Gotcha Wildlife Services based on the reviews on Homstars and what can I say, the reviews were accurate. I called Ken on a Friday for a mouse and squirrels in my attic. First he explained what his services would entail and the cost. He came next day Saturday! I was So pleased with his service and price. He thoroughly checked my roof, garage,the outside of my home and went in the attic! He told me I don't have squirrels but do have mice in the attic and garage. He took his time and discussed all entry points and what I need to do. Ken offered to come back if I have any issues or other questions. He is HONEST AND PATIENT!
