    Wildlife removal, pest removal, squirrels, mice

    Gotcha Wildlife Removal Service was fantastic. We've had several red squirrels living in our house since the spring. We tried to remove them but weren't successful. We contacted Ken from Gotcha Wildlife Removal Service and were greatful we did. He came inspected our house and advised us of entry points and resolve not only our squirrel issued but our mice issues. We had questions regarding our pest issues and he answered them with no hesitation. Ken we appreciate your prompt response therefore easing my daughters fear of the noises that she heard in our house. THANKS AGAIN GOTCHA WILDLIFE REMOVAL SERVICE AND KEN FOR YOUR PATIENCE AND ASSISTANCE.

    Squirrel removal and prevention

    I had a sense of trust and comfort with Ken from the moment I spoke to him on the phone and that was only re-enforced when he came to our home. He was knowledgeable, informative and professional. The ranges of costs were exactly what he explained before he came out and we were very pleased with the work. He wildlife proofed 10 roof vents and repaired 3 plumbing vents and 2 other areas for us. Thanks Ken and Gotcha Wildlife!

    Squirrel removal

    I called Gotcha Wildlife because of a squirrel in our wall. Ken and Lucas arrived the next day to solve our squirrel problem. I was worried that the job would require a lot of time, effort and money but Ken was very professional, knowledgeable and calm. He explained what his team would do and he gave informative possible scenarios. They placed a screen with one way door over the roof vent. We were thrilled when 2 adult and 2 young squirrels made it out of our wall, through the vent and then couldn't return. I would highly recommend Gotcha Widlife.

    Mice Infestation

    Back in December we noticed mouse dropping in the basement. After some research I contacted Ken at Gotcha Wildlife and he showed up the same day. He understood my concerns and thoroughly explained the issue and solution. Ken inspected and bated our home and we hoped for no further issues. Unfortunately due to a lack of cooperation from my neighbour the mice returned a short time later. I contacted Ken and without hesitation he showed up to rebate the home. In fact, he had to come back several times as our neighbour did not seal up exterior enter points as suggested by Ken. Ken and his team were absolutely amazing! He understood our difficult situation but never made us feel like we were a burden. Throughout this entire experience I probably called Ken 4-5 times and during each call he listened to my concerns and made it his mission to help me find a solution. The one year guarantee was honored without any questions. Ken is professional, reliable, fast and honest. I would highly recommend Gotcha Wildlife! Don't waste your time contacting any other company because you will not find amazing service like this anywhere else!. Thank you Gotacha Wildlife!!

    Squirrel Removal/attic

    Roofing company blocked the entrance/exit that a small (3-4) family of squirrels had managed to discover, gained entry to my attic. My first thought was to just purchase a humane trap...rid the attic of squirrels....and repair the hole. Great in theory, but brutal in action. Two days elapsed and the squirrels had not entered the trap after repeated trips to the attic by myself to set/check/adjust the trap.Finally called "Gotcha" wildlife removal and the owner/operator made time on the weekend, on a busy day, to attend as the squirrels would probably not survive another day or two and I heard increased activity as they were now frantic to exit for food and water. Sometimes you just get lucky and the call you make brings you the people you know are best capable to perform the duties they have promised....and are professional in there performance of duty. Gotcha Wildlife arrived...found the nest...physically removed one squirrel...and created a proper one way exit to enable the remaining squirrels to exit. We actually saw one of the remaining two or three leave a few hours later. The cost of this service is reasonable, and I felt it was money well spent to solve the problem. In a week or so the one way exit will be removed, when we are both satisfied all squirrels have vacated...and the area of entry returned to its original condition. Job well done !!!Thank you

    Dead Animal Removal

    4 days ago we noticed a large number of flies in the house. Despite killing them this situation repeated itself for two days. Meanwhile, my wife noticed a strange odour which became increasingly pungent. We called several wildlife removal companies but none could come for at least four days. Then I called Ken at Gotcha Wildlife and told him the problem and the fact we had two small children in the house. He agreed to come out to the house that same evening (after hours) and was here within 45 minutes. He resolved the problem (a dead squirrel in the chimney), neutralized the odour, and repaired a hole on the chimney. Excellent customer service!

    Raccoon Removal

    Heard scratching and squealing noises in the corner of our bedrooms. Through a recommendation from a friend we were able to contact Gotcha Wildlife. They put a one way gate where the mama raccoon entered from (the gate is able to restrict animals from entering but allow animals to exit). The workers physically removed 6 baby raccoons safely and were put in a cardboard box. The babies were left in our backyard for the mama raccoon to take later.

    Racoon Remove

    Ken & Lucas are very nice and professional, provided useful informations about raccoon removal and house protection from wildlife beyond his work. Punctual and sincere, recommend for people who is in rush and you can leave the work for them to do. Good service, and would go for them the next time I need a wildlife service.

    Rat problem under the deck

    Kenneth came all the way out to my residence in Burlington, diagnosed the rat problem under my deck and installed bait stations. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to point out some areas where mice were gaining entry via the weeping tile and offered a cheap and effective fix at no additional cost. Nice guy, very pleasant and down to earth. I am a manager at a large cultural facility in Toronto and Kenneth performed a large raccoon removal and clean up of an abandoned structure. This was a large commercial job, not only was he the cheapest quote, but his service was excellent. I would recommend him for any job, big or small.

    Clean attic of raccoon feces and patched hole in side of roof

    I received a quote a year ago, and they came in and honoured that quote. They came in with masks and cleaned out several area in the attic that had been soiled by the raccoons then sprayed it with anti-microbial, anti-fungal type spray (I don't know the name of it). Kenneth also fixed a portion of my roof that originally needed an 8 foot repair but in the interim I had patched inexpertly, so on this visit they said I only needed 4 feet fixed (so less money). All of the work was done quickly and efficiently. Hopefully I have kept the critters at bay but if I need a wildlife person, I will use them again!
