Gotcha Wildlife did far more for us than help us with our animal/(possibly feral) removal issues. Kenneth listened to our recount of events and took action immediately by inspecting all entry points inside the house - he got right into our tight crawl space to ensure it was animal-free. He also did a complete inspection of the exterior of our home, identified the entry points and again thoroughly checked the interior of our home. He also pointing out animal-made dug out areas, squirrel nests, droppings, possible leaks, holes, and cracks.
Kenneth understood our concerns of recurrence and set up a trap in the event the animal was hidden in an inaccessible location. Kenneth was also able to track footprints (in the snow) and determine if the animal was exiting or entering the home.
Kenneth was on time, courteous, friendly, quick, a good listener, highly experienced, knowledgeable, professional and again, completely thorough. He made time for our emergency that same day as we did not want an animal in our home and we did not want it to suffer. He was reassuring and we were able to sleep that night!
