    Squirrel removal

    We needed an animal removal service to take care of a squirrel family which had gotten into the walls through the soffits. Kenneth gave us an estimate, and was able to take care of the problem by the next day. He offered to apply some flashing to the soffits to keep the squirrels out until we can do a larger repair job. The work and the warrantee is great; Kenneth is really well-mannered and knows what he's doing: we would recommend him to anyone who has a "critter" problem. Thanks again, Kenneth.

    squirrel removal

    We called Gotcha Wildlife after noticing we had squirrels in our attic (they chewed through the roof vents). We obtained several quotes and Gotcha Wildlife had the best price for the work we were looking to get done. After speaking with Kenneth on the phone, we felt very comfortable with the services he would provide. He showed up on time, did a thorough inspection and did quality work. Thanks!

    racoon,mice,ground hog removal

    We have used Ken several times for mice and racoon problems at our house. He is always very responsible and reliable. Ken is able to quickly determine the problem and provide a solution. Ken is extremely professional, experienced and pleasure to deal with. I have referred him to friends who have also been very happy with his services. I would highly recommend him for any pest problems.

    bat removal

    I had bats in my attic. I called Stan because he had done some work for me before. Now he is in business for himself. It took half a day to get rid of them, but I am happy to say that they are gone now.

    red squirrel access sealing and re-entry prevention.

    Ken is a true professional who really knows his business well!!. I told him on the phone what I heard on our roof, and the patterns of the wildlife activity. He said 'Red Squirrel' right off. We don’t tend to have red squirrels in this neighborhood, so I was skeptical. However, he was correct, and was gracious in taking corrective action, and sealing off access points. I have recommended him to others who had issues and they are also very pleased with his work. Ken is very thorough, very professional, and very honest and fair. He is very highly recommended!!

    Pest control

    I had a squirrel problem in my attic Kenneth was extremely knowledgeable, punctual, friendly and got the job done! I would recommend Gotcha Wildlife to anyone as they are affordable and available to fix your problem right away!

    removing squirrels and pigeons

    I own multiple properties and all I have to do it call him and give him the address and he gets it done. I did call around for other companies, his cost is reasonable. Sometimes it takes a couple of attempts to get them gone, but he will come back and do it for the one cost. I refer him to others all the time. Fast and honest.

    removing pigeons

    I have used Kenneth before when he worked for another company. He knows his stuff. He put up metal spikes and other deterrents to keep them from roosting permanently. They have not been back.

    Wildlife Removal

    I have a rental property and my tenants were complaining about squirrels getting into the attic. I called several wildlife removal companies in hopes of getting 3 free estimates but none give free estimates. Whomever I choose would apply the estimate cost to the job. Since they all charge around $100 or more getting three estimates would have been cost prohibited. So much for due diligence. So after several phone conversations with different companies I decided to choose Gotcha Wildlife. Ken spent time educating me about his services. He understood that I had a tight budget and was willing to worth with me. Remember if you can’t get on the roof to see what damaged is being caused then you’re at the mercy of the contractor. Here’s where Ken shines. He took pictures of the entire roof and showed me the areas that were compromised. He quoted me a price and stuck with it. He also provided a fix which was very cost effective and another quote for preventative maintenance when I’m financially capable of doing so. He also replaced some damage flashing but the damage flashing was more exertive then the originally quoted and did not charge me extra. He even fixed someone else’s shady work including a hole in my roof. Next step is to wait 2 weeks once the squirrels are gone; Ken will come back at no charge to remove the one-way doors and install a permanent fix. With a 3 year guarantee how can you go wrong? I will defiantly bring Ken back for the preventative maintenance work when my rental unit in back in the black. I would also highly recommend Ken. It’s comforting to know that some contractors are very honest, do great work and exceed your expectations. Don’t take my work for it, hire Ken and find out for yourself.

    removal of squirrel nest

    A couple of squirrels chewed a hole thru the fascia of our roof and built a nest. I contacted Gotcha Wildlife after reading on their website that they specialized in humane wildlife removal. Kenneth was at our house within the hour and proceeded to install a one way trap door allowing the squirrels to exit but not re-enter, he also replaced some damaged flashing and installed some preventative mesh in the vents of our roof. A couple of weeks later he returned to remove the trap door and cover the hole. He was also kind enough to re-install a missing piece of eavestrough that fell due to the squirrels. I was very impressed at how fast Kenneth responded to my call. He was very knowledgeable, professional and lovely to deal with. I would gladly recommend his services!
