Have used this company twice since we bought our condo in 2019. Both times the technician was on time, prepared and clearly knows his craft very well. All costs are explained ahead of time, and as our condo is older (built 1976) any fixes have to be up to modern building code, which he also explained well. Always happy to answer questions, which is good value as it will help us in future for any renos we want to complete, especially kitchen or bathrooms. Have made this company our go-to for anything electrical. Highly recommended.

This is the second time I’ve used this service and thankfully both times I received the same electrician who was knowledgeable and explained how things worked so that I better understood the work to be done. Service was next day as well. Very happy.

Our Master electrician was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. He told me the up front of the cost, and details of what will we need on that project. Then proceeded with the work. Very pleased with the service and quality of the work! Muhammad installed a new fuse box, outdoor socket, post lamp, underground wiring. Also, approved by the standards of ESA. I got my Certification Permit that all was done accordingly in safe process. Thanks to Muhammad!

While attempting to change an outlet in our kitchen , I without knowing, connected a new outlet incorrectly causing the appropriate circuit breaker to trip. I was not able to reset the circuit breaker and contacted Safe Electrical Solutions (SES) for assistance. I have used SES in the past and was quite pleased with their service and expertise at that time. SES responded to my phone call immediately and arrived in a very timely fashion to diagnose and fix the problem I created. I was advised of all costs associated and SES was able to diagnose and resolve the situation. Thank you Muhammad. I think I will leave electrical updates in my home to SES in the future

I was referred to this company from a friend and I am so glad I did. Friendly and fair, estimate was delivered with no surprises. Turn around from quote to execution was done very quickly. I really appreciated the flexibility and quick turnaround. I think it's because this is a family owned business and I felt a more sincere concern and level of service because of this. No pressure tactics or feeling of being taken advantage of, I would say the experience felt like a trustworthy friend who had the mastery and knowledge to help me solve my problems. Quote was done very quickly, job was booked, and work was done quickly and on schedule and on budget. The work that we called in for the quote was a shed electrical install (under ground ditch dug to put line in, and new 15 amp fuse in my panel box, light fixture and plug in the shed) At the same time as he was here, i also got an outdoor GFI (waterproof) plug installed in 2 locations (on the house exterior and outside the shed) Price was fair and after he completed the job, he found some other corrosion that was occurring in my main panel box and showed me the damage over the 20 years of being installed in that manner. We had been having intermittent power loss, and he explained it was caused by this. Because of the initial approach and fairness in the original quote, i was already thinking about replacing the panel, and he quoted us a fair price to solve the problem. We got all the permits and did the work within a week. I am really happy with the professionalism and so I am already awarding them the Kitchen Renovation we plan to do in the spring of 2021. We have our quotes from him already and I feel really good about having found a really fantastic small company to support and call on as my electrician on going. I do not believe you will regret using their services and highly recommend them.

Muhammad and his assistant were courteous and polite. They both worked steadily without taking a break. Muhammad explained what was going to be done and when faced with an unexpected problem was able to troubleshoot and come up with a solution.
