Electrical repair
Muhammad is a skilled diagnostician! I have an old house and he found a really complicated wiring problem (from a "handyman" electrician) - there was a short in a circuit. He figured it out, fixed it and cleaned up after. I highly recommend him!

3x Smoke and carbon dioxide detectors, surge protector
Excellent, highly professional work, conducted according to current Canadian regulations and standards. All devices are triple checked and tested, functionality is explained. I highly recommend Safe Electrical Solutions services for home owners and businesses, if you are looking for quality, standards and modern equipment.

New line for pool, and outdoor GFI replacements
We called SES on the Sept long weekend since our pool heater and pump kept tripping the breaker. Muhammed came over that afternoon, and gave us a quick diagnostic as well as put in a temporary fix. Since the problem required more extensive work, we scheduled time and he came back a couple of days later to put our heater on a its own designated line. Coincidently, some other work that was being done on the pool caused one of our outdoor outlets to burn out. Muhammed came by the same day, and had it replaced and fixed within a couple of hours. All in all, we've had a great experience with SES. Before doing any work, Muhammed confirmed the price with us using his "magic book" which has almost every potential electrical job listed out with a corresponding price so you know what you are getting in advance.

We believe, our new clients can easily understand how we follow our time commitments, quality of work and upfront pricing the job. So our client should not get any surprise after job completion. As our electrician arrives with fully equipped trucks and carries thousands of parts to serve our clients right away. But for certain jobs requires special material and arrangements and can't be repaired right away, especially when some jobs requires several hours of work. In those situations, we reschedule our work as per the preference of our clients. At the end of job completion, we always get "Happy Clients" as we try our best to work beyond the client expectations.

Alarm installation
Installation of 3 hardwared smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Mohamad was pleasant, professional and efficient. He was able to price out other work for us.

Electrical issue in apartment
Getting some electrcity but not enough. Electrcian identified and fixed issue that had been caused by previous contractor doing poor work.

We always try to educate and guide our clients, for all the possible factors of electricity faults. If someone did not follow the electrical safety codes in past, then owner's premises is under risk and house owner must have to pay again to fix the problem.

Bad main breaker, good customer service
I was so happy with the service I received from Safe Electrical Solutions I joined HomeStars specifically to write them this review. Our main breaker blew on a Tuesday night around 10 pm during a terrible snowstorm. After searching online, I called SES because of their 24 hour service and strong credentials. I received a prompt callback and despite the dreadful weather, Muhammad (the proprietor) offered to come out immediately, but I told him we'd be OK for the night. I scheduled an appointment for 8:30 am and Muhammad was right on time and the road conditions were less than ideal. He dawned his boot covers and before even starting, he showed me his list of certifications, including Electrical Safety Authority (ESA) -- something that would subsequently prove to be invaluable. After having a look at the panel (he waved the diagnostic fee, BTW), he drew me a schematic of the problem and walked me through his no-hassle, upfront pricing in a printed binder. The job required a permit and because of his ESA certification, he was able to secure it immediately. He also contacted Toronto Hydro and managed to get them onsite to disconnect the main power drop within an hour. He had the parts required on hand and resolved the issue, from arrival to completion, within a couple hours. He also did maintenance on the grounding system and showed me how our electrical system could be improved. The fact he is a Master Electrician with 22 years on the job and thousands of hours of experience shows in his professionalism and skill. But perhaps the most noteworthy aspect of his personality is an obvious pride in his work...a rarity in this day and age. Overall, my experience with SES was unparalleled in years of dealing with various residential contractors. I'd highly recommend them for any electrical work.

electrical reconditioning/updating
Mine is a 40+ year house in Brampton with aluminum wiring. Muhammad came and did the immediate problem, and then we decided to do the entire house based on what we found. He was thorough and well equipped, did not leave anything half done, and was very knowledgeable about his profession.
