    emergency repair

    On the rainy day Saturday January 11 that company was found on google as emergency electrician. When contacted at midnight the information was given there would be a charge of $300 for coming to the house. He said he would be there within an hour, he arrived within the projected time frame. The distance from the company's address to the house is 14 kilometres. The electrician was at the house from 1am to 3:15am. He performed diagnostic tests on the electrical panel, disconnected one wire on the panel, and placed tape on the outside pipe to avoid water from entering. . No other materials were used. The electrician then gave information about the work that needed to be done at another time. The diagnosis and labor cost an additional $389. The total of the two amounts plus charges and taxes came to $785. The electrician’s emergency repair solved the imminent problem. The electrician was very polite and professional. Based on the experience we had with this company we can recommend them for their emergency services

    Main Breaker Replacement

    Called Safe Electrical on Christmas Eve to deal with a service panel issue. From first contact through diagnosis to the replacement work itself, Muhammad was a pleasure to deal with. His knowledge and passion for his trade and business was clearly evident and his workmanship was excellent. Highly recommended.

    House call for power outage and diagnosis, rewiring of house, break panel replacement

    The power to our house completely went out (including heat) and within two hours on a Saturday, Muhammad was here. He is experienced, knowledgeable, reliable and dedicated to his customers. He quickly diagnosed the problem (it turned out to be a city hydro loose connection to the house) and showed me the issue with the outside meter. Last winter, Muhammad and SES also completely redid the break panel and rewired our old house. It feels good to have a go-to company to call and gives us a lot of peace of mind, especially living in an old house with its issues every so often. I highly highly recommend working with SES.

    Replaced undercounted kitchen lighting.

    Replaced all kitchen under counter lighting to LED lighting. Great job very professional. Excellent job. Would recommend

    Extremely Helpful! Power Outage on a Rainy Day.

    Last Thursday it was raining with lightening and thunder and the power went out in more than half the house. I was confused and scared and I immediately searched for an Electrician that can come as soon as possible, I found Safe Electrical Solutions on google and called. The electricians speedy response made me feel reassured and he was at my place within an hour. He confirmed his pricing and dispatch fee before starting and began to diagnose the situation, the electrician was very well prepared as he had almost everything he needed in his truck. After diagnosing he explained to me that the power outage wasn't due to the rain but because of the breaker. A breaker was defective and caused the power outages, he explain to me the pricing from his pricing book before he went on with his job. He fixed the problem and I can now rest easy without having to worry about the power. Thankyou! Ismael!

    Doorbell transformer replacement, indication of short circuit issue, AC switch replacement

    Excellent, professional, accurate, all prices are fixed according to the chart of work, installations are strictly according to the best standards and regulations. Superior communication to book an appointment.

    Ceiling Fan Installation

    I called SES when I ran into a little snag when trying to install a ceiling fan in my son's bedroom (current socket wasn't rated for a 70 lb fan), they dispatched Muhammad who helped me by actually installing the whole thing. He was very courteous and even gave me some educational tidbits of information in regards to ceiling fan installs. The job was finished on time, and with a professional quality. Pricing was also quite fair.

    COMPLETE HOME REWIRING UPDATE

    Muhammad and his team did superb work on our electrical updates. The inspector who checked to ensure everything was in accordance with the Ontario Electrical Safety Code, was also impressed with their work and commented how neat and careful Muhammad's team were when cutting into ceilings and walls with minimal invasiveness to make for an easy patch job.     Service with a smile

    Mohammad showed up when he said he would. Did the work he quoted on in a quick and professional manner. Would recommend. He did the work on the weekend and in the time frame allotted.
