Reply created 19 Dec 2018It is really surprising how people can twist the story to make others bad guys, you were fully aware about the service dispatch fee $100 to show up to your door not for just answer your phone call plus $189 was also quoted over the phone based on your information provided . After arriving at your house our Licensed electrician founded many things were not working which you didn't mention during your phone conversation. He didn't charge you $249 but just added $11 dollars to original quote from $189 and charged you $200 diagnosis and repair charges. Just $11 dollars is your big concern which is worth a cup of coffee and you have given hard time to our electrician for it who was working at your house at night. We have tried to contact you couple of times to discuss further details regarding your invoice but you had hang up the phone roundly , which shows your attitude towards professionals . We respect our clients and we also like to be respected same way. We wish not to have customer like you. We appreciate our hundreds of happy clients who loves our service but once a while we come across this kind of situation when someone try to push us down for nothing.
