    Switch Replacement

    I started to replace a fan switch in my bathroom when it became clear that this project was beyond my skills. While it was a simple switch replacement I decided it was best to have a professional finish the task. I called Safe Electrical and I accepted their high flat fee to come out on an emergency basis on a Sunday afternoon. They came but while it was an easy task they said they needed to “troubleshoot” the problem and not just a simple switch replacement. After a troubleshooting which simply involved determining which wire was which and finishing the switch installation - the entire service took less than 15 minutes - I was charged an exorbitant service fee on top of the emergency flat rate. I am shocked that for such a simple task they felt comfortable charging such a high cost. I acknowledge paying a premium for emergency Sunday service but this was ridiculous. The service was prompt and professional but be aware of the cost of using their services.

If you think it was a simple job so why couldn't you completed by your self or waited for a regular week day appointment. Quote was given to you before the service appointment so you had a choice to pay less. We glad to hear at least you have admitted about our prompt professional service.

    Safety

    Fixing insafe aluminium wiring with copper wire connection to sockets for the whole house. Some additional work for burnt bathroom socket replacement, connecting boxes etc ..

    Emergency service when hydro wires went doen

    Twice the tree in front of my house caused power damage and ripped the wires from my house (once by a large branch and the second time after the entire tree fell!). Both times Mohammed from Safe Electrical Solutions was quick to respond, gave accurate estimates, and walked me through what needed to be fixed. Being certified meant less wait time for hydro to hook me up again, which was a bonus. Highly recommend.

    Outside outlets charge and beaker in the electrical panel box

    Work was professionally done and outlet charge According the city of Toronto electrical code. The electrician was friendly and understood the job.

    Replaced bath exhausts

    Mohammad has an excellent work ethic, he was quick, responsive, timely and completed the work to my satisfaction. He ordered the replacement motors and completed the work the very next day. Thank you very much. Highly recommend.

    Emergency Residential Repair Call

    We called Muhammad from Safe Electrical Solutions to come out to our home for an emergency repair. He was polite and first showed us all of his certifications and qualifications. We needed new wiring and electrical service mast that connects from the outside to City of Toronto Hydro. Muhammad completed the required repair quickly, efficiently and then proceeded to inform Hydro so we could reconnect our electricity as soon as possible. Muhammad clearly takes pride in his work.     Toronto Hydro-ordered replacement of clevis bent in recent ice storm.

    After receiving a few opportunistically-inflated (post-ice-storm!) quotes from some other Homestars-listed companies, I heard from Muhammad at SES who offered me a fair quote for the job. He arrived at the scheduled time the next day and completed the work efficiently and competently. He had a great interpersonal manner and took the time to patiently explain things and answer my questions. Great service. Great experience. Fair price. Will definitely call on him again for future electrical jobs. :)

    basement burnt outlet fix

    We contacted SES for one of our basement wall without having power. Mr. Mohammad came to our home next day evening as it was not an emergency. The problem was diagnosed in first 20 minutes and fixed. It was one of the outlet that was found burnt. It was replaced with a new outlet. The problem was resolved but besides call service charges of $100 we were charged another $299 + tax. So we end up paying total $457.63 for a burnt outlet replacement which I think is ridiculous price. You must get a quote before inviting them.

As you have mentioned the service was provided at your convenience after hours but we have Served you without additional after hours charge . We believe in transparency that's why we always give the quote before starting the work after the site evaluation by using our upfront pricing system ( flat rates charge no hourly rate ) . After getting approval from our clients we started work and make sure clients agreed with terms and conditions. You were fully informed about $100 service dispatch fee which didn't include any work and then $299 quote was for diagnosis and fix your electrical circuit not just an outlet replacement so don't mix up two different charges. You are welcome to call our office so we can discuss about it again since you haven't provided your name we can't call you.

    Part of house power off

    It is very windy today and our furnace stopped running this morning. We called a furnace company first and they said no power to furnace and we need to call electrician. I did online search: google search and homestars search and found SAFE electrical and we called the company's operator and they promised an electrician will give us a call back shortly. Muhammad called after and said he will be on site within an hour. We were so glad that we called SAFE electrician. Muhammad is very professional and intelligent. Not only he helped fixed the problem, but also walked us step by step how he diagnosis the problem and how to fix them. He found our house lost a hot leg (from Hydro One) which affected our furnace. He then switched a good power to furnace and had our furnace back, and called Hydro company to come to fix the other leg. He also fixed one of our GFCI outlets - wrong-wiring (our previous electrician failed to fix this problem). Again, we are so glad we found Muhammad and we will keep using his company for ever. Highly recommend - reliable, professional and smart!

    Electrical Panel Replacement

    There was a smell of burning rubber/wire when I ran the dryer, and I called Safe Electrical Solutions for an inspection which I was glad I did. Muhammad identified the root causes of the issue (rusty wires, aluminum wiring, and a fusebox with incorrect fuses) and the fire hazard this imposed. Everything from process to pricing was explained step-by-step, and was able to answer any questions or concerns that I had. I strongly recommend Safe Electrical Solutions!
