Excellent service from initial contact to completion. I had recently had a new roof and skylights installed and the ceiling repaired after a major leak. I was looking for someone to assess what needed to be done about the insulation in the attic, and I needed an environmentally friendly solution. Claudia at EcoComfort responded very promptly to my request for a quote, and Wojtek arrived right on time to inspect the attic. He explained that there was currently only a thin layer and exactly how much more was required for proper insulation, including baffles needed for airflow, and including properly insulating and sealing the hatch. I was given a reasonable quote right then and told when the work could be scheduled. Brandon and Patrick arrived on time, proceeded with confidence to conduct the work required, no mess but vacuumed anyway, then charged my Visa right there with the machine, which is so convenient. These are knowledgeable, pleasant professional people to deal with, they are experts at insulation, and at customer service and support.
