I am happy with the service and work by EcoComfort. They completed the job as requested and required for my energy audit at a very competitive price. I can definitely notice the temperature difference upstairs now as there was barely any insulation before so it would always be at least 2-3 degrees colder. Now the temperature is much more cozy and closer to what it is downstairs. My only snag with the install appointment was that the crew was late for their scheduled job window.

Bradley's Eco Team came on time and they are very polite. They helped to add baffles and top up attic insulation to R60. Also they sealed the attic entry and re-insulate the cover. After the job is done, they cleaned the working area. Very professional works. Thank you very much.

Contacted Eco Comfort after reviews and research. They were prompt in returning calls. Patrick set up an appointment, viewed the attic and made recommendations for what would be best for our attic (no fancy talk or push). Follow up from office was amazing and a date (on short notice - which was great) was set. Crew arrived on time, introduced themselves and got to work. Patrick (crew lead) and team very efficient and he made sure we saw before and after work (noticeable difference after a couple of hours. R60). Professional team from initial inquiry to finished project. On time, drop cloths used throughout and no inconvenience to us during complete job, no sign of any mess or dirt at the end. Finished by cleaning with vacuum. Impressive organization.

Installers were exceptionally professional, efficient and courteous. They made sure I knew what was being done and showed me photos after the work was completed. I would highly recommend them to others.

The guys did a fantastic job! They were very kind and professional, they were very tidy and cleaned up after themselves. Our attic is in a closet and they had a sheet covering the door to prevent any flyaways. We covered the bedroom furniture but there was no dust to worry about! The guys were knowledgable and also checked for humidity and airflow in and out of the attic space. We are very happy with the service provided by EcoComfort and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade the energy efficiency of their home.

For years I have wanted to change the insulation in my attic. In the summer, the upstairs rooms would always be intolerably hot despite the AC being on full blast, and in the winter there would always be a chill. A few years back I had a family of raccoons nest up there and have always been worried as to the health and air quality in the house as a result. Found EcoComfort through Homestars and they live up to their rating and more! When the rep came to give the estimate, he explained all of the information precisely, giving several options that would meet our needs and did so without pressure or hard to understand jargon. The day of the job my family has never seen a company work so efficiently, quietly, and quickly. Complete insulation removal, sanitizing, deodorizing, and complete insulation installation was done in under the quoted time and with minimal to no mess. They vacuumed and cleaned after themselves and took steps to ensure that their tools and supplies did not damage the walls and floors. Class A workmanship! The temperature in the house now feels consistent throughout. We all have a better peace of mind now that the raccoon waste has been removed, that the entire attic has been sanitized and deodorized, and that our house is insulated in an eco friendly way. Also worth noting that the insulation that EcoComfort uses acts as a natural deterrent to pests and wildlife which gives me a greater sense of comfort and security. Definitely services that not all competitors do or advertise. This is a fantastic company that I will happily recommend again and again! 10 out of 10 in my book! As in your some of your other reviews, after a few hours I too had noticed a difference in temperature on the second floor. Very pleased with the service. From my initial call for a quote to the actual date of blowing in the insulation and correcting the connection of the bathroom fans everyone was on time, professional and knowledgeable. After the work was completed, everything was cleaned up! I would definitely recommend EcoComfort Insulation.
