    Outstanding New Roof

    Thank you for the excellent work that the entire EXCEL Building Team has done with professionalism and kindness. Everything went smoothly. I will not hesitate to recommend Excel Buiding Roofing to anyone. A job well done.

    for my rental - twice the roof

    Got the roof done of my rental at the same time as the neighbors. Tenants were happy with the work, and cleanup. Said they were pleasant to work with. Got the job done in two days.

    Roof replacement

    I highly recommend Excel roofing for their exceptional client service, assistance and work recently on our house. We had been putting out the replacement of our roof for a few years now, hoping to get as much mileage as possible. However, a recent leak in our bathroom confirmed that this could not wait anymore. So, we contacted Excel Roofing, who had provided a quote two years ago, and they kindly agreed to squeeze us in, between jobs, to avoid greater water damages. They arrived early Monday morning and were done in two days, staying late to complete the job. The jobsite was cleaned at the wand of each day, leaving the backyard Cleaner than before. Price was very fair, in fact lower than other quotes we had received. I am so impressed by their professionalism and work ethics, I can only give my highest recommendation.

    Roof replacement

    Workers arrived on time and were very professional. They cleaned up daily and did a thorough cleaning upon completion. They worked very hard and long hours. I will recommend this company to my neighbours and friends.

    Great Roofing work done by Excel Team

    Excel Building and Roofing has done quiet a few roofing service in our neighborhood over the years. Our roof was 16 years old and a roofing work was due. The cost estimate was very reasonable. Daniel helped us with the initial discussions. Terrific work done by his team and there were timely follow-ups to check everything was working out as planned. Very happy with our new roof and would highly recommend Excel to anyone.

    New Roof

    Before contracting with Excel, I obtained quotes from 4 other companies in Ottawa. Alex was knowledgeable, and provided flexible scheduling and a competitive price. The company kept me in the loop when rain was forecasted which was appreciated. The work was completed on time and budget. The roofers were friendly and professional. I did not know when they finished but had a couple of concerns that I emailed Alex after. He came over right away and addressed my concerns in a friendly, professional manner. Sometimes there are small issues, but what's more important (especially with an investment like this), is that the company is responsive. I even received an email a week later to check in. Alex cares about customer service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Excel to other clients.

    roofing

    My house that was built in 2007 needed a new roof. My neighbor suggested this company. I contacted the manager and he was very courteous and gave me all the information I needed to proceed with the change of the shingles. I highly recommend this company because they also give different payment options and you do not have to pay until you are satisfied with their work.

    new roof - July 2020

    Alex is great, very professional, and was easy to get in touch with. The job was completed quickly, it took less than two days with a little break for rain.

    New roof

    We recently had a new roof done by Excel Building & Roofing. The crew of Cain, Colin & James, were very professional, courteous, friendly. They were on time, cleaned up after each day. They did an excellent job, we are very happy with our new roof and we highly recommend Excel. Thank you to Alex and Daniel for guiding us through the process. Petra & Johnny

    Would have no hesitation to use again.

    Great value, prompt service, and the roof has never looked better. Overall, very satisfied with the completed work, and I would have no problems requesting this company to return for more work in the future.
