    new roof

    A great experience. Alex was professional and courteous. His roofers were as well. Would recommend Excel Building and Roofing to family, friends and neighbours. Great job. Competitive price. Outstanding service. Thanks guys!

    Roof Replacement

    Excel building Inc replaced our 10 yr old town home roof. They were expedient, clean, bang-on the price. Their quote is what was the final price. They were courteous, friendly, on-time, absolutely clean and efficient. Absolutely professional service. The roof looks great! Merci

    Remove and replace roof shingles

    Outstanding work! Reasons to use: * Very competitive * Highly skilled * Top quality products * Terrific employees (available, courteous, very hard working) * Very thorough cleanup on a daily basis Reasons to not use: NONE General: Excel is just a terrific company work with. The entire process from quote to completion was free of stress and concern. Their estimate was highly competitive and firm. I do not hesitate to recommend them to family, friend and neighbors

    New roof.

    With the first telephone call to Excel Building and Roofing, to the estimate provided by Alex, all the way to the finished roof, it was a pleasure dealing with everyone in this company. Alex was well prepared, explained GAF’s warranty and addressed, in detail, all our concerns. He kept us informed when the job had to be postponed for four weeks due to the extremely wet summer this year. When the crew arrived, they covered the entire area around the house as well as the deck with tarps, as well as the delicate vegetable garden next to the house. They were polite, fast and very professional. They also cleaned out all the eaves at the end. The service was excellent and I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone in need of a new roof.

    Roof Renovation

    I contracted with Excel Building and Roofing to renovate ( new underlayment and shingles, etc.) the roof of my house. I chose Excel because they use high quality products and their price was very competitive. The roofing team worked efficiently and completed the job as contracted. They removed all debris on completion. They were also very pleasant to deal with. I will recommend Excel Building and Roofing to friends whose roofs are in need of repair.

    New Roof for 5 Row Houses

    In one sentence - Excel Building and Roofing Company excels in what they do. Everyone in the company, staring from Alex, through Natalie in the office and all the workers on site were professional and it was a pleasure to deal with them. They were changing 5 roofs for 5 row houses. They were on time, worked extra hours to finish on time, were very polite and impressed not only myself but my neighbors as well. They left the site clean, they were very efficient. Simply, they did a great job not to mention their competitive pricing and good warranty. What an excellent company and people behind it. A big thank you to everyone - Alex, Natalie and all the workers on site. I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend Excel services to my friends and acquaintances. Gabriela

They even cleaned out all the eaves at the end. Overall, the service was excellent and I have no hesitation recommending this company to anyone in need of a new roof.

    Residential roof replacement work

    Alex, Thank you and your team for the great work and the professional job. From our first meeting at my home to discuss my concerns to the completion of the job, you always answered any questions that I had with detailed knowledge and information, which was very much appreciated. Your company certainly "excelled" in getting the job done right and in a very timely manner. When your team arrived at my home they were friendly, motivated and didn't waste any time once they started the job in the morning to its completion in mid afternoon. The teamwork that was displayed was instrumental in the overall success in getting the job done right, which I appreciated because this demonstrated the excellent service that your company provides.     Roof replacement

    Had my shingled roof replaced. Excel was very well priced. I got 6 quotes for this work and Excel was the best price with quality products and guarantee. Alex did a great job explaining his products and services, he was affable, professional and I enjoyed working with him. We set a timeline for the roof replacement June 14th to have it completed in mid-July, the work was completed July 26th. While they ran a few days later than expected it should be noted that there was a lot of rain in June/July and for them to be even that close to the date was appreciated. The crew did a great job. All of the work was completed in a single day and "knock on wood" it appears to be a quality product.
