    Looking for someone to install a new roof? Look no further!

    Excel Building & Roofing to the rescue! Alex was quite informative and every question I had. My tattered 21-yr old roof was replaced quickly and efficiently in May. His team did a wonderful job. It looks great and I sleep well through the storms protected by my GAF Timberline recovered roof. I highly recommend Excel Building & Roofing.

    Roofing

    We just finished our roof replace by Excel Building and Roofing. We are very satisfied with the work done. They are very professional. Before the work, they covered my flower bed , air conditioner and clean everything after work. Since I don’t have many knowledge, the project manger Alex explained and answered all my questions. I definitely recommend Excel

    New Roof and Customer service

    I had my roof done by Alex's company Excel building and roofing in April. They started the job before the promised time which was great for me as I wanted to open my pool after the roof was done. My roof is rather large but the team who did the job was also large and very professional. They completed the roof in 3 days and did an excellent job, the house was cleaned at the end of each day. With the recent high winds, 2 pieces of flashings came off from my roof, Alex's crew came to the rescue and fixed these yesterday as part of customer courtesy. Vey nice and much appreciated.

    Kanata Bridlewood Single Residential Home

    A big shout out to Excel Building & Roofing Inc. Collin and his crew did a fantastic job at our place. The team who did our roof were courteous and efficient... in and out in one day. Excel offers a great roofing system (GAF), they were competitively priced and have a great warranty. I highly recommend them.

    New Roof

    Wouldn't hesitate to recommend! Got 3 quotes and Excel was the lowest. Alex was great through the estimate process, and answered all my questions. Colin and his crew were polite, did a great job and left the site spotless.

    Roofing

    During 2017 my son Eric had his roof done in old Ottawa South. His concern was that the work area around the house was tight and the roof steep. He met with Alex who explained in detail the work procedure and materials to be used. Eric was impressed with the meeting and the way the Excel crew did the job. On completion they left the job site clean. In 2018 I met with Alex to discuss the reroofing of my house. The scheduling of the work included the pre-delivery of material and trailer. This allowed the crew to start work right away on the start day. The job was completed the next day . Removal of 2 layers of shingles produced double the debris but at the end of each day the job site was cleaned. The work ethics of the crew was evident throughout the 2 days. The Excel employees that I dealt with were professional and competent in doing their jobs and I would recommend them at anytime. The new roof looks great.

    Roof Installation

    I have contacted Excel building and roofing for a new roof installation. Alex and his team were effective and professional and clean through the whole process. Alex has worked with me to pick what was right for me. I would highly recommend Excel building and roofing to anyone that is looking for a new roof installation!     Roof Installation

    In November 2017, after I had about five different companies providing estimates for replacing the old roof, I decided to go with Excel Building and Roofing and I do not regret. I had a great experience from the beginning to the end. Alex, with his professional advice helped me to select the right product. He and his team of installers showed professionalism and they were proud of their work. We highly recommend Excel Building and Roofing.

    Roof repair and reshingling

    I decided to give Excel a call after seeing the signs advertising that houses throughout the neighbourhood had all had their roofs done by them. After receiving a number of quotes Excel was decided the most economical and professional option. Alex managed to walk me through the roofing process and help me decide on materials as well as design choices. I found him and his crew to be very friendly and causal while remaining polite and professional. I got a chance to be home for both days of work and they did their jobs very quickly despite the summer heat. They even found that one of the boards had started to rot and repaired it for no additional charge.

    Roof installation

    Alex came to my work with various samples of roof shingles & accessories, explaining in detail what needs to be done, quality standards & estimated completion time. His crew was punctual, kept the site tidy & completed the project the same day. I would highly recommend Excel Building & Roofing to anyone who is looking to install a new roof -- excellent price & great work.
