Excel building and roofing were fantastic from the quote to the finished roof. Very friendly , professional , great quality and enjoyed seeing in progress and finished product pictures on their instagram. Would highly recommend their services and already have on serval occasions. Everybody loved their work ! Definitely 10/10

I would like to take a minute to express how impressed my wife and I are with our new roof. First, Alex was a great person to deal with and answered all our questions and never rushed the conversation. He came by our house on at least three occasions to meet, answer our questions and show us different products. We eventually settled on the GAF HD Ultra even though it was a special order and would result in a delay to the installation. Despite difficulties with your 3rd party delivery company, Alex somehow managed to expedite the delivery in order to get the job done. Alex is a huge asset to your team. Regarding the installation – we have been researching roofing companies for over two years and have even used another company to do a temporary repair two years ago. We settled on your company as a result of the many positive reviews you have received and upon a recommendation from a trusted work colleague. Another reason we used Excel Building and Roofing is because you do not subcontract out your work and have two experienced crews. I have to say that I was totally impressed with the workmanship and dedication of the crew that was under Colin's leadership. The crew of seven spent over 22 hours at our house installing the roof, which is a fairly complicated and steep design. These guys were polite, hardworking, and most importantly looked after our property like it was their own. Furthermore, they still managed to have fun while doing this difficult and demanding work. Having a roof installed is a very important part of home ownership. We are extremely pleased that we chose Excel Building and Roofing and will definitely recommend your company to others. We had a new roof installed by Excel building and roofing company. I dealt with Alex who was very efficient and informative it was a pleasure to do business with as was Natalie at the office. The crew on site were professional and completed the job on time. It took just 2 days for the entire installation, which we were very happy with.

I recently had excel roofing shingle my roof . The workers were very courteous and professional . They did an excellent job and I didn't find one nail on my property . All staff was friendly and helpful . I would definitely recommend excel building and roofing to others . I live in a semi-detached. My neighbour chose not to do the replacement. Natalie and Alex were very accommodating. With all the rain we had it was difficult to hit a day to do the work. They did a great job. Came in on budget and were great to work with. I would recommend them to anyone.

Alex and his team took the time to answer my questions before, during and after the project was complete. My roof was completed on time and on budget.

Alex was very professional in describing the products used, the warranty and how the work was to be done as per the quote. The crew were pleasant to deal with and cleaned up after the job was done. My new roof looks and works great. Payment was not requested until I was satisfied on the completed work. I would definitely recommend Excel Building and roofing and will consider them on further projects that I may have.

Alex is very professtional to his task from quoting the price and inspecting the workplace frequently to make sure every thing is done perfectly by his team. I gave him a call today to get help for the water leaking at the garage cause by window above then he showed up right away to make sure not relating to the new roof that his team done last year. He showed me where the water came from and help me out how to replace the new caulking to fix the problem. Absolutely I will refer him to my friends about his excellent roofing work.
