Alex was very professional and did all aspects of the job exactly as advertised. I would definitely recommend Excel Roofing.

Townhome, end unit, complete retiling of the roof (3 days). Very professional from initial meeting to remitting the invoice and warranty documents. Crew polite, professional and pleasant. Did a good job of cleaning up each day and at the end of the job.

From the estimate, explaining of the product, the time line right up to & including the actual job I found them to be very professional. They were here on time , cleaned up afterwards & made sure I was satisfied with the work before I had to pay a dime. I was very pleased.

From start to finish an excellent project! Alex, the project manager was punctual, prompt, and professional. He provided a comprehensive bid package outlining all aspects of his proposal. As a certified GAF installer, Excel offered a warranty well superior to others who quoted. His estimate was $3000 less than the next lowest, with the better warranty, and included items quoted as extras on other bids. As we were approaching the end of the roofing season, Alex expedited the job, fitting us in three weeks before his original estimate, which was much appreciated. The team arrived at the time promised and were actually a double-sized crew which meant the job was done most expeditiously. In that our house is an infill in the Glebe workers were constrained somewhat with access, but were able to work around those limitations. They were enthusiastic, polite, and friendly. At the end of each day they cleaned up very well. It was a pleasure dealing with Alex and his crew. The price was right and we got a complete roof system using quality materials. Overall, I am happy to rate Excel Building and Roofing as a 10/10 and would not hesitate in recommending them to others in need of roofing.

Very fast and efficient crew . After two days and the job was done, the site was cleanup like nothing happen but I had a new roof Very satisfied with Alex and is crew.

Alex and his team did a fantastic job. Alex took the time necessary to make sure all our questions were answered. He was thorough in his estimate and didn't try to 'sell us' additional products we didn't need or want. His team was professional, punctual and they made certain the job site was clean when they were finished. We're thrilled with our new roof.
