All went well, without a hitch. We obtained three estimates prior to deciding to work with WindowRama. Initially, we set up an appointment to obtain an estimate; that went smoothly. Paul arrived at our home on time, did a thoughtful assessment of our needs, and forwarded us an estimate within 24 hours. We met with him a second time at his office to see the windows we were ordering. At that time, we set up an appointment to have the windows installed. Six weeks later, on the date we had mutually agreed upon, the crew showed up at the specified time, and worked all day to get the windows installed. Afterwards, they cleaned up our home, which included removing debris and vacuuming up the dust. The windows look great; our neighbours have been admiring them, and it has been suggested that our new windows become the standard for replacement on our street. We can wholeheartedly recommend Windowrama

Best Experience ever. I did a lot of research and had multiple estimates from vendors in the GTA. Not only was Windowrama’s price competitive but everything was exceptional. Paul was most helpful and went out of his way to make everything go smoothly. The work was done timely by knowledgeable (and personable) installers and what some of the reviews from others said could be a hassle was truly a pleasant experience. I recommend them 100%!

Paul was easy to work with. He responded promptly to our inquiry for information and a quote. He gave us a date and time for installation. His team of 3 (headed by Andre) arrived promptly at 8:30Am on day promised. They immediately began work and worked diligently through the day. They took time to protect our home and furnishings from dust. At the end of each day they cleaned their work area. Can't say enough about their quality of work. Andre was not satisfied until the sliding glass doors were installed perfectly, even removing one and reinstalling it until it was just right. The job was finished on time and Paul followed up by having a professional window cleaner come out and clean all of the windows. Job well done Windowrama and we will highly recommend you to friends and neighbours.

Everything went well. Andre, my salesperson, listened to what I wanted and made helpful suggestions. The people who installed the windows came when they said they would. I was amazed at how little mess was left. I expected to have a house full of sawdust and plaster dust after the wall was cut for the new bay window. There was no dust at all. The windows were sparkling clean. I have had Windowrama do a lot of work on my home over the years and it is always done well. If a problem occurs, which it did this time when the company they ordered the windows from made the wrong type of windows for one of the bays, Andre is up-front in explaining the situation and corrects it as soon as possible. I trust them to stand by their work and they give great deals to returning customers. When I need work done on my house I don't even get bids from anyone else anymore because I know my mind will be at ease working with them.

Once again, We have been calling this company (Windowrama) for the past 19 days to correct their mistake in replacing two windows on our basement and all we get is the runaround. We will be forced to hire another contractor and pass on the bill to WindowRama. Further more, we will have to contact Canada Better Business Bureau and inform them the situation as well get the CTV News media involved to expose this company for their lack of cooperation and dragging their feet in taking care of this matter. If they had did their job right in the first place, we would not have this problem and if they took care of their mistake promptly, there would not be no negative feedback.

First let me say that the product recommended,Windowcity storm windows are quality products made for high standards. Andre, the sales rep did a great job sharing the pertinent information and setting in place the process for securing the windows and the internal team for attachment. The team on site was professional and efficient with the related work. Two months later...the house is much cooler than last year and no doubt the energy costs will also go down as we move through the winter.

Windowrama told me in August they would start Sept 23 and they were there on that day right on time. Workers were very courteous and respectful. I was a female home by myself with 3 - 4 workers in the house and felt very comfortable. Job took 2 days ( one day less than the predicted) and the final inspection was done in one shot - no issues with the inspection process which is huge. I had some things that I wanted corrected and they immediately took care of the problem. Their price was very competitive and they were very responsive to my numerous questions. I was nervous about the whole process - had never done anything like this and they were very reassuring.

We called Windowrama and had Alex come over for a quote. Alex came over and gave us an exceptional price that was affordable. We requested 6 windows to be replaced. 2 fixed, 2 single sliders and 2 double sliders (escape and frosted) On October 11, they came and installed all the windows. The crew did an excellent job with their installation, however the two double sliders (escape and frosted glass) windows were the wrong type. 1st window was a clear single slider and the second window was a clear double slider. We made this aware to the installer and Windowrama on that day. Since then, I've been calling Windowrama to correct this issue. I've talked to Alex as well about this situation. It is now October 24th and still nothing has been done. This situation will have to be taken to the next level as contacting the news media and or small claims court to rectify this issue if we do not hear from Windowrama by October 31st.

After research we settled on Windowrama to replace some of the windows in our home. The windows were competitively priced and custom fit for our home. The installers were very professional, respectful of our home and did a great job installing the windows and making sure everything was cleaned up and back in place. We were very happy with the installation and new windows and we will be using Windowrama again in the spring when we replace the remaining windows in our home.

Excellent service and great communication! The installation of our new windows, doors (including installation of new patio door where there used to be a solid wall) went smooth and the end result was fabulous. It’s like having a whole new home! We would highly recommend Windowrama Widows to anyone!
