The experience was good. The guy was very knowledgeable, he came out and explained everything to me. He explained the different types of windows to me, he was very thorough and I was pleased with his presentation. He looked at our other windows and said that he believed they were one of his and he might have actually installed them in the rest of the house. He did point out to me that whoever put in the screens put them in backwards, so I was able to get that fixed. Overall it was a very positive experience with him. He seemed very professional.

We absolutely LOVED WindowRama. Paul was exteremely prompt in answering any questions and always immediately answered his phone or emails. He helped us make the right selection for our home and gave us a great price. (We compared 3 other providers before selecting WindowRama and felt that they were the best quality and value). His installation staff was polite, did a fantastic job and cleaned up after the installation. We highly recommend them and have already recommended them to several friends in our neighborhood and our renovation general contractor who was also looking for a new window provider. We couldn't be happier!!

Just wanted to leave a few good words for Windowrama. Over the process of my window replacement they have become like close friends of mine. Paul was very friendly and went out of his way to answer all of my questions and was able to get me a price that was lower then I had even expected. For the actual install, Andre and Pete worked tirelessly 2 days straight to get everthing done before the weather turned bad. After they even did some paint touch ups to make sure that the house was like new. Now the windows look great and the insulation alone is so soothing and peaceful, Much less noise comes in from the street. Thank you guys.

We recently had a pleasure of using WindowRama to replace a few old windows in the basement. IT was a pretty small project but they had absolutely no problem answering all of our questions and going out of their way to make us happy. They even had reorder one of the windows as it came in wrongly sized from the manufacturer. THey apologized and got right on it to fix it. I am very happy that we went with Windowrama, they really do got the extra mile when it comes to customer service.

It was a pleasure to work with Windowrama, Their salesman is very professional. The pricing is some of the lowest in the city (we had compared to 8 other companies) They said the windows would take 6 weeks to get manufactured but were actually done in 5 weeks. On the install day Vlad and Andre came out. It took them less then 2 days and they even cleaned everything up. I could not be happier

Their craftsmanship was second to none, with the finished product looking beautiful. The team made sure that I was completely satisfied with the finished product. The actual install team was very friendly, punctual, and courteous. Their price was not as good as some of the other quotes I received but I felt they had a much better professionalism and ultimately was extremely pleased with the purchase. When dealing with contractors, and seeing what some contractors have done in the past, after opening walls, to my newly purchased house before ownership, you realize how many out there cut corners, and do bad jobs. You can be 100% certain that Windowrama will not do such things. After getting some time to chat with some of the installers, they spoke about other companies they worked for and how others cut corners and didn't have quality controls over their workers and how Windowrama has even a high level of opinion with inspectors. In my opinion, you get what you pay for, so the extra thousand dollars it cost, ultimately was well worth it. If I had a chance to do it over again, I wouldn't have changed a thing. We shopped around for windows and doors for our older home, and ended up choosing Window-Rama because of the great reviews found here , and their very competitive pricing. Initially, things went very well, the sales process, the variety and custom options available. Fast forward to the installation date. The crew was very polite and very effective, however they arrived with the both doors being incorrect, one we eventually just kept and the second that needed to be replaced - however it was installed the day of, because they demo'd before it was verified. It took 6 weeks to be replaced. During the installation, they broke my doorbell, and just left the wires hanging. The door lock was also incorrect. One window was installed with a crack on it (installation date was Aug 28/29, 2017), and we are still waiting for a replacement, because Window-Rama seems to have passed the buck onto the Manufacturer, and there independent installer is incredibly unorganized. The biggest pain is trying to get a hold of someone, while trying to get this rectified, I would spend my day calling their main line, where I almost never got an answer, or they would take my name and number, never to return a call. Same goes with the Sales Person, who went on vacation for 3.5 weeks, and the installer, who said he would call the main line on my behalf, never to hear back. The lack of organization and customer service is frankly astounding considering the glowing review here. I am very disappointed, and it made the process more stressful than it had to be. Dealing with Andre was extremely easy. The initial appointment for a quote was very quick and the written quote for the service was in my inbox later that day. Andre was quick with a phonecall or email to answer all of my questions. I had a second company come in to check pricing and order time and Windowrama’s original quote and installation estimation was right in line with what the second company quoted. Ultimately, I went with WR because of the other reviews on Homestars, and the ease I felt in dealing with Andre. I never felt like I was bothering him by asking questions. The appointment for installation was at 8 am and by 8:05 am, protective covering was down and drills were going. It took the crew only 2 hours and 15 minutes to replace 4 windows. They were fast, efficient, courteous and very clean. After the appointment, I emailed Andre with some more questions about the windows,he called me back an hour later to answer them. Overall, a very positive experience

We had most of our windows done about 2 years ago, but did not get around to changing the sliding door. It was a time for a new one. We got a flyer in our door from WindowRama with some great promos on sliding doors and some of the window models. So we decided to give them a call. Everything went smoothly. The install was great and the price came out 15% lower then anyone else. If you want to save money without jeopardizing the quality call WindowRama
