We had some bad experience in our old house going with one of the larger chains that install windows. This time we wanted to go with a company we could trust. My wifes coworker recommend Windowrama, after careful review we saw that all of their customers were very happy with their services. After getting their estimate we really saw what others were talking about. They were attentive, helpful and great on pricing. After waiting about 5 weeks for the windows to be manufactured the team of 2 guys came in. They worked hard for 2 days and after they were finished the final windows looked great. I also have to point out careful and neat craftsmanship on their part. Thank you guys what an excellent job.

We were planing to change our patio door for over a year now but could not get to it. We final got a flyer in our mailbox from Windowrama. Among outer things they offer a great arrangement of beautiful patio doors for literally factory pricing. We picked out a beautiful door that worked great for us. The door was replaced withing a few hours and we could not be happier.

We had recently purchased our new windows from Windowrama by Paul. The service was very easy and straightforward. The did not hard pressure us into buying anything that we did not need. Paul is a very polite and honest man and his team of installers also resembles his work ethic. The whole installation was done in just one day. After a thorough walk around with Paul and inspection of every window, we were truly happy with the product we have chose. For best windows in town call Windowrama.

Just wanted to say that Windowrama did a very quality installation for us. The guys were early in the morning starting on time, and doing the install quickly and carefully. The new windows match our home so well. And with this hot summer we are actually can see the saving s on the AC bill. This company is very reliable and has some of the best prices we have seen. I definitely give them 10 stars.

Original review below: After a sticky door, 4 months of calls to the company, and my negative review below, Windowrama came and fixed my door. Alex was very courteous and apologetic and explained that the company cares a lot about customer satisfaction. I'm happy with the end product, but it was a frustrating process to get here. The good news is that this is a company that cares about their reviews and that holds them accountable. ***** I had Windowrama install a patio door and a basement backdoor in June 2016. The patio door is great. The back door began to stick in December and now requires a bit of a bodycheck to get it open. I have called Windowrama a number of times over the past 4 months, each time with promises that someone would get back to me. It has never happened. It is very disappointing that follow-up to their work is such low priority to this company. If you want your work guaranteed, look elsewhere. I am very happy to change this review if someone from this company takes the time to contact me.

Even though our home is pretty new we wanted to get new windows and doors as the ones that came from the builder were not of the best qualities and after 5 years it started to show. We called Paul from Windowrama. He had great expertise and the price that was quoted was one of the best. Once the windows were manufactured the team got the whole house done in less then 2 days. We can already see the difference and are looking forward to a much warmer and cozier winter with our new windows.

We are currently renovating our house and windows were on our list of things to upgrade. We wanted something that would provide good insulation and at the same time not be too expensive. Andrew from Windowrama came out and gave us a free estimate. He answered all of our questions and showed some excellent suggestions for our window situation. We decided to go with them, which was an excellent choice. The team was super friendly, accurate and neat. They showed us how everything worked, and had even adjusted and and improved the trim around a few windows for no extra cost. If you want a compnay that goes above and beyond go with Windowrama.

The installation team came in on a Thursday and got to work right away at 8 am. It was a team of 5 guys, who looked like they have worked together on many projects before. Paul the owner was there installing and supervising the guys both days straight, we would often talk to me and ask me how I would like things to be done so that the overall outcome would be ideal. He was strict with his guys but professional at the same time. It all looked like a well tuned machine just working together. When the install was done he gave us a tour of every single window. I have to say I love WindowRama and how they handle their business.

I am totally satisfied with their job, very clean fast and professional. I would highly recommended this company. Very responsible compare to other companies. Definitely will have business with them .

We had Paul and Mike from Windowrama come out to give us an estimate. This was in Feb of this year. They were very informative and had a bunch of great samples to show us. They also had a great financing options for those people that might need it. We didnt sign up with them from the beginning and wanted to shop around. But after seeing 3 more companies we could clearly see that Windowrama was better. We ordered our windows and about 6 weeks later the team of 3 guys came out to do the full install. The windowrama guys are all very clean, well spoke and true pros when it come to renovations. We can definitely say now that we are very happy that we went with the Windowrama team. Solid craftsmanship and very good pricing compare to the rest of the market.
