We have always heard horror stories about renovations as it is not simple to find a company that truly knows what they are doing as well as someone that you can trust in your house. That is why we are so glad that we found WIndowrama. We saw their great reviews online and we actually have a family member who has also used thier services about 1 year ago. After the estimate we were certain that this was the team for us. THe price was very reasonalble and their team really knows what they are doing when it comes to window and door installation. They were very careful with our house and there were no scratches or damages left around our new windows. Everything looks amazing, We could really not be happier.

Great experience from start to finish. I had gotten several quotes and Windowrama stood out not only for their competitive pricing, but mostly because of their customer service. For our quote, we dealt with Vadim who was exceptional. He was knowledgeable, friendly, respectful and most importantly honest. We had thought that we would need to replace all windows and after he took a look only 4 needed replacing. With the extra savings, we asked for a quote on front door and he provided all the information to make my selection for pricing as I was looking for a modern design. The installers came twice once to measure and then install. Sergei and Alex were excellent, friendly and most importantly very meticulous. They set up and cleaned up thoroughly it almost seemed like they were never here. We are so impressed with their workmanship on the windows and doors, as are our neighbours. We've already received great comments. Overall, top notch! We couldn't have made a better choice and have already recommended them to my friends and neighbours.

Project went great. Paul and Andre showed up and worked steady over two days. I'd read a lot about this team and they were worth waiting for (evidently in demand). They were part of the reason I went with Windowrama who were not the cheapest bid (but quality in both product, presentation and installation won out). They were very good about laying tarps over carpets and plastic on the interiors, though they didn't really generate that much dust to start with. Even so, they vacuumed after finishing each room. They also were great about cleaning up outside. When they were done there was no evidence of the work performed except for some sawdust and, of course, the new windows. There was some custom work needed doing around the center bracing of the living room and basement windows (the big ones) and Paul was took the problem solving in stride. The inside custom wrap/divider piece looks like fine cabinet work. This team was great to have around, friendly guys and easy to talk with. And the windows look great, both inside and out. Have even had neighbours comment on the improved exterior look. Thanks Paul and Andre. Thanks Windowrama.

All-around excellent experience. Paul is affable and knowledgeable. He suggested replacing the windows with wood-stopped double-pane glass wherever it made sense to do so--I was pleased as they matched the style of the house and it turned out to be a great choice. Igor, the foreman on the job, came by on a Saturday (which worked really well for me) prior to the install, and spent close to 1 1/2 hours going through each of the window sites,confirming not only the measurements, but checking for lead contamination and figuring out how he planned to tackle each window replacement--they were a bit complicated. I felt that Igor took the time necessary to really prepare himself, so that when he and his helper arrived to do the work, he had a plan in place and got right to it. Both gentlemen worked steadily and finished the job in one day, sooner than I had anticipated. They arrived on time, and one the work was done, did such a thorough clean-up that you'd have never known they'd been there--even remembering to close and lock my side gate. Might seem like not such a big thing, but I felt their thoroughness was indicative of their overall attention to detail. I couldn't have been more pleased with the workmanship. After the installation, Igor took us around and showed us the modifications he made to the framing that was necessary on some of the windows. Not only that, he primed the new raw wood, which was especially appreciated given that the installation was done on a rather cold and wet day. I recommend their work without reservation and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again for future work.

We were happy with both the product and the services. The executive windows had features we liked - lower profile frame, self locking, very transparent screens. We also got estimates for the Marvin product Windowrama installs as well as for Window City ones. Those later two were quite expensive. We did not get another estimate for vinyl windows so we can't say how their pricing compares for vinyl windows. The estimator was thorough, low pressure, and answered all of our questions. He had several good suggestions for us about the products. The estimate came back timely. Especially appreciated was that the crew supervisor came to do the final measure so that we could discuss job aspects with him and not have to start all over with the crew. He was especially accommodating about providing trim that best matched our rough cedar siding. We waited a long time to replace windows because the installation methods described to us previously sounded prone to failure. WindowRama cut back the siding to use the nail fin, and provided several layers of sealing that satisfied our concerns. The 2 man crew was here a day and a half. They were on time and cleaned up well. They were experienced, professional and answered any questions we had as they arose. We appreciated that they took care of filing the warranty info for us. We have had the windows about 2 months now and are very happy. We would happily recommend this firm to you.

Summer is coming and our old patio door was in very bad shape. My Co-worker has used Windowrama last year and she was extremely happy with them. We called them for an estimate, Andre came out and explained everything to us. The price was very affordable, actually less then some home reno stores. We decided to go with them right away. The door was ordered and arrived in 2 weeks. Two workers had come out and they were done in less then 2 hours. We cannot be happier with our new patio door. Thank you WindowRama.

This is the second time we've used Windowrama (the first was June '10 for new windows in the dining room) and this new job in the basement went just as smoothly. It took about a day and a half to complete. The workers were friendly and professional. I was home on the second day and they called me over periodically to show me how things were progressing. The finished work looks great and they cleaned up everything when they were done. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

Paul made the first visit to review the job, suggest a number of alternatives and provide the estimate which arrived within a day via email. Once we decided to proceed, Paul made another visit to double check measurements, materials, etc. and confirmed everything we discussed in an email so that there would be no misunderstanding. The two installers were a dream team! They were professional, punctual and pleasant - and, they not only left the work area cleaner than they found it (shame on us!), but also made sure we knew how to work the windows. We are now thinking of replacing other windows and would, of course, call Windowrama to do the job. We recommend them to others without any reservations.

Called Windowrama for an estimate to install six windows. Company responded immediately and arranged for a representative to come to my house and provide an estimate at a time that was convenient for me. Estimate was reasonable. The installers arrived at the time I was told that they would be at my house and were very courteous and professional. I am very satisfied with the quality of work and would highly recommend Windowrama to anyone who is interested in having windows installed. I plan to use them in the future.

The Sales Experience: Ilia the sales rep came out and was very professional and thorough. We knew what we were getting before the install was going to happen. Ilia went through the product catalogue and showed us the window and door options plus the Energy specs rating. Very happy with the sales experience. The Installation: Sergei and his crew were very fast and efficient. There were 4 crew members including Sergei. The quality of the install was excellent. We had 11 windows and 2 doors [with windows] replaced. A very big job. One of the windows was manufactured incorrectly - wrong size. Sergei, immediately contacted the manufacturer and put a rush on the window. Normally this would have taken 2 -3 weeks, but it was turned around in 2 days. Sergei came back personally and did the install in 2-3 hours. They were courteous, clean and efficient. Highly recommend for a quality installation.
