The service was great! From the start I was impressed. Paul was quite nice arriving in the early morning twice. The first to inspect the house to give a quote and then the second time with the head carpenter for precise measuring of the windows once I decided to go with them. It really helped that I didn't have to take time out of my day as that can be hard to do. Paul was a patient and friendly guy, whom I was happy to give business to.The installation crew arrived on time and quickly snapped into action. They worked quite efficiently and definitely knew what to do. They finished a few hours earlier than projected and they gave me a walk through of all the work they did along with how the windows work and even gave me some pointers on some of the other projects I need to tackle in my house. I would definetly use them again.

Windowrama installed 7 vinyl replacement windows for us. We did not decide to go with the capping option and instead stayed with our older, existing, wooden window frames... Paul had respect for the original elements of our house and encouraged us to keep those components as is. This earned my respect... They were not trying to oversell, but rather had respect for our house's originality.Paul organized everything for us... He was very respectful, thorough, and receptive. He listened to our needs and gave sound advise. The team installed the windows. They were punctual, respectful, clean and well seasoned in their trade. I took off work the day of installation so I witnessed the whole process. They covered the floors throughout the whole house so they wouldn't get damaged. They always pulled me aside and asked how I wanted to proceed when they had installion options. Overall, the windows look great and I couldn't have asked for a better experience .

I called Windowrama and spoke with someone in the office, who told me that Paul would call me back the next day. In fact he called me back about 20 minutes later! He came out to my home for an estimate and explained everything clearly, without trying to sell me anything that i didn't need. He followed up with an estimate via email, and responded to all my return emails very promptly. Once we agreed on a plan for the windows, he accompanied the lead carpenter back to my home to take measurements. When my windows arrived, he scheduled me for a 2-day installation as early as possible. The installers did a remarkably good job. They cleaned up after themselves to the point where, except for beautiful new windows, you would never know they had been there! They were polite, professional, and thorough, and the installed windows look flawless. Everyone arrived for each appointment on time. If i decide to replace the rest of the windows in my home, i will only consider them once again.

We hired someone to come to our home to install 5 Insulated windows but that person was not an expert. Needless to talk about that unfortunate experience but we learned. I went on Homestars and found Windowrama. We spoke with Paul and set an appointment with him to help us with this unfortunate situation. He arrived to our home. He was professional, punctual and knowledgeable. He assessed the job and gave us a fair price. Paul and his crew Joshua and another guy(my apology. I forgot the name of the third guy) were professional and did a great job. After the job was completed, we went to inspection and passed. We would like to thank Paul and his crew. We will definitely recommend friends and family to his service.

Windowrama was great ! They arrived on time for all their appointments; both the estimate appointment and the final measuring appointment were early morning to accommodate my work schedule. They used the number of men sufficient to install the 9 windows and 1 patio door system within the time frame specified. The size/shape of the window replacements were verified before the old windows were removed. They removed the windows, installed the new ones, and "finished" them outside and inside neatly and without a lot of yelling upstairs to downstairs. And they cleaned up as they worked ! The guys were polite and professional.

The process went very well from start to finish. I spoke with Paul to set up the initial appt. He spoke to me about what I wanted and gave some suggestions. A few days later they came out to the home to take measurements and the process began. They were able to have the windows ready a month ahead of schedule even though they had to be custom made due to the size. I then spoke with Paul again to set up the appt. for installation. The guys who came on the day of the install were professional and on time. They were able to explain the process and what they were going to do and then they got to work. Although the job was supposed to take 2 days it only took few hours. They arrived at 8:30am and they were finished by 3:00pm. The workers were neat and clean and did an excellent job cleaning up during and after they finished the installation. When I returned from work I could not even tell that they had been in the house. All that was left was beautiful brand new windows that made the house look brand new. I would definitely use them for future window purchases and replacements. Windowrama did a wonderful job.

We recently had our windows replaced by Windowrama and just wanted to leave a few words of gratitude to these guys. They were very proffessional from the initial contact. They actually sent out they're rep 3 times to show us different products and explain all the detail pertaining to the financing options. They were very patient the whole time and gave us honest and upfront advice. The windows were installed in just a day and a half. a team of 5 guys worked quickly only taking a one 20 min break to accomplish everything quickly since it was a cold october day. Very impressed with their services, thank you guys!!!

The window work was done very well. The workers were very efficient, professional, hard working and friendly. They completed all the basic work in one day. They took care not to dirty the house and cleaned up well. They kept asking whether I had any questions and urged me to inspect the work. They showed me how to work all the windows, remove them and put in the screens when the caulk was dry. It was nice the way each introduced himself and talked with me. They had enough trim to replace one piece we hadn't talked about but that was rotted and needed to be replaced. They got the sill in a repaired window to tilt the right way but still to be able to lock. They completed some repair that was not included in the spec. I was very happy with them!

The process went very smoothly and exceptionally well. We had received prior estimates for the work to be done, but the sales consultant for Windowrama really took the time to make sure the measurements were done right. The previous estimates had all measured and assumed we had a standard size door (8' wide), but they took a more detailed look to find that we were actually 2" short of that. The consultant took the time to price out both having a custom door built/installed into the existing frame as well as doing the work to expand the extra 2" so we would now have a standard sized door (which was ultimately cheaper). He took the time to listen to our concerns from our existing door and made sure our new door wouldn't give us the same worries or problems down the road. In several cases, he helped us get what we really wanted out of our door and not just what we thought we wanted. He really helped figure out every place we could make choices to save us money without sacrificing the end product. The installation process went very smoothly. They took care to cover our furniture in the room with the door prior to starting work. They ensured that the inside wall was smooth and even, as well as making sure everything blended well on the outside. They showed us all of the details on the door after it was installed as well as how to care for it. Ultimately, they definitely delivered an amazing door.

I had WindowRama to replace my windows and door for the whole house except the basement ones. They did the professional and excellent job on the installations. They also fixed the issue on the leaky bay window. The windows are very solid and nice looking. Now my wife doesn't complain about the cold air getting in from windows any more. That makes very happy. Thanks WindowRama.
