The experience was seamlessly easy. They were wonderful and responsible. They were professional and it was perfectly done. They go up and down to match the other windows in the house. I went there to see the salesroom and the windows and pick out a design. There is a lot of follow up. Somebody came out and measured. Then the people that are actually going to do the installing came out and measured. When they actually did the installing somebody came out to check to see if it was going well. They stayed on schedule. They did the job from the inside and they were here for 3 days. Every day my house was cleaner than when they came. They were really very professional, thorough and tidy. They were kind of fun. They were very careful about not tearing up the wood floors or anything. They even put covers down on the rugs. The house is much tighter now and not as drafty. The windows are very good.

Paul from Windowrama came and measured and discussed options with us and provided an estimate. It was a pleasant, professional meeting. It was in no way a high pressure sale. After getting several estimates from local companies, we chose them. Everything related to scheduling and payment was simple and went without a hitch.Paul and his assistant were professional, efficient and did impeccable finish work. When they were done, there was no trace of mess.I would absolutely seek them out for work in the future.

Windowrama installed a 3 panel aluminum clad bay window in our kitchen, replacing an existing window in need of repair.The quoting experience was performed promptly and without the hard sell of other window companies. The job was scheduled in a reasonable manner, with an eye to the weather as there were some rainy day issues. The actual installation went smoothly. The master installer and his assistant worked together as a well integrated team. They repaired rotted wood and spent extra time installing the window because the ceiling in the kitchen was not square and level. They were able to adapt to conditions as they found them, with another employee delivering an additional unexpectedly needed molding piece so the work could proceed on time. They did a very good job with the outside rain shield and sealing work that matched the color of existing trim closely. They did a thorough cleanup and removal of the old window and debris. It was a pleasure to watch their skill and craftmanship in action. I highly recommend them.

I had an excellent experience with Windowrama. From my initial point of contact to Windows installed it was only about 5-6 weeks. The salesperson came to my house within the week when I called and I ordered my windows right away. Within 2 days the installers came to take measurements and they were back only 4 weeks later to install the windows. The difference in warmth and sound already is incredible . The installers were very courteous and clean. They went from room to room cleaning up after themselves and were very aware that I had a sleeping baby in the house as well. Thank you so much for the excellent service. I will definitely use them again for my future projects as we have basement windows to change and want patio doors installed. The only mistake we made is going with a different company for our doors as we are still waiting for our doors for months on end!

Call back was prompt. The measurements were taken by a gentleman that very day, the window was cut over the next few days, and then it was replaced approximately 3 days after I called. I believe the job was done as fast as is possibly could. I talked to some other window companies and all of the prices and time tables were comparable. I was very happy at the speed at which they responded initially.

work was completed and door looks good. The customer service team at the head office are extremely helpful. They made sure they followed up on the delays caused by the salesperson.

Wonderful. Paul is the most helpful & patient person I've met. There was no pressure (which has not been my experience with other window salesmen). He sent additional information on the windows & encouraged me to take all the time I needed to get the color right. He was always kind & helpful -never once showed frustration with my inquiries. The installers were also great. There were 2 teams here to install the 8 and 9 feet high windows. They were very respectful, minimized noise, and were extremely careful to clean up after themselves. I felt very comfortable with them in my home.

I had 4 single pane windows and old storm windows removed. New sliders were installed. I had over 10 people come out to look at the job and give me quotes. Just about everyone else said they couldn't do the job or wanted an outrageous price. The old windows were arched. I did not want to pay for custom windows so I had rectangular windows installed and the moulding had to be custom built to the space. Windowrama did a truly fantastic job. The windows I chose are high quality and the craftsmanship of the install/woodwork was top notch. The crew were extremely friendly and left the space spotless when they were finished. I am extremely pleased with the outcome. I would definitely hire them again

We had Paul and his windowrama team replace some of our windows about a month ago. We found them on homestars. They were one of three companies that we had to come out and give us free estimates. Their price was second lowest but what made us choose them was that they were doing another install 5 min away from our house. We went out to check it out and we really like the quality of their work. Our installation was scheduled and in less then two days everything went very smoothly. Our first contact person was Andre. He answered all questions with patience and great knowledge. We feel that we made the right decision in choosing our windows based on his guidance. We chose the vinyl windows by WindowCity and replaced five windows and two sliding doors. Scheduling the day to replace the windows was easy as well. The workers were punctual, courteous and hard working. Every single extra work I asked for (changing the screens on windows that didn't get replaced etc.) was done without any hesitation. As scheduled the job was done in a day. The windows are reducing the noise and blocking the outside temperature substantially. They also look fantastic from the inside because of the framing. We are very pleased with the result and the service since then has been great. After a few days i ran into the sliding door and ripped the screen. Windowrama came by and changed the screen without any charge. I also would like to mention that I had a very specific issue around the sales tax, so specific, that the owner of Windowrama took his time to call me to discuss. This is a great company with a fantastic customer service.
