That service turned out very good. They did the work about 6 months ago. They replaced 2 windows that they had done for us a a long time ago.The inside is wood and the outside was vinyl. The windows are facing the sun all the time, so they started to get bad on the outside. This company came and replaced all of the outside vinyl and of course the inside window wood. It is very nice, because the windows tilt in so I can wash them. We had no complaints. They did come out on a rainy day and I felt like the rain was getting behind the new wood that they had put in, I thought it would cause a problem, but it hasn’t and it’s been a while since.

They made and sent us customized soundproof windows to go infront of existing windows. They were very prompt and had very courteous service. Windows are a perfect fit. Cut noise level at about 95%. Very attractive product. The package for shipping was extrodinary. There was no way anything was going to be damaged.

Mr. Paul re-did some of the inside trim on my windows because I was getting some air coming through. They installed the windows originally. The sales person that I spoke to was who I worked with in the past. He came out first and investigated. He was wonderful. He knew exactly what could be done to fix it. He was very knowldegeable in his area. The person that came out to do the work was very nice and personable. He cleaned up after himself and did a wonderful job. I would tell people the sales person to use. I have interactions with the owner in the past as well. They are very knowledgeable in windows. They do whatever they can to make sure you are a happy customer.

Paul Barnovski came out to make presentation. Very business-like but friendly. Did not try to oversell -- showed us exactly what we were looking for. Windows were received timely. Installers work efficiently and cleaned up their mess. Had a problem with one of the windows and when Paul came out to inspect the problem he found some other issues that needed to be addressed. The follow up occurred in 2 days and the installers fixed everything within 2 hours. I am very pleased with their product, willingness to address my concerns, and their timely response.

We had decided to replace our windows since they were the original windows in the house (~30 years old), were not energy efficient and were showing significant wear on the outside. We had intended to replace them with wood windows and shopped around a little. We found Windowrama through an internet search and put in a request for a free quote which was performed a few days later by Paul. He took the window measurements and gave us the quote for the wood windows we wanted but also told us about less expensive vinyl windows that were available. He even came in after hours on the weekend (to work around our schedules) to show us some floor models of the windows at their office. After some consideration about price and look we actually decided to go with the vinyl windows.After informing him of our decision, Paul came to our house (again to work around our schedules) to sign the contract and put a 30% down payment. A few days later Andre, who is the owner of the company, came to double check our window measurements to make sure they were correct and to explain exactly what kind of work would be performed so we would know what to expect. A few weeks later we got the call to schedule installation. Unfortunately for the crew the installation day was on a record breakingly cold day. They were only able to install half the windows but we completely understood. They came back within a few days to finish the job. The crew was very professional, courteous and helpful during the installation. There were three on the crew and they worked very efficiently even in the cold weather. After the job was finished they even put all of our blinds back up. To back up their work there is a 2 year warranty on labor. The window manufacturer offers a lifetime warranty on the windows. Overall we are very satisfied with Windowrama and would gladly recommend them to anyone.

We used Windowrama for windows installation, 2 skylights, and did some roofing as well. We were very satisfied with everything they did. They were very good. They pointed out some roofing issues that we had and didn't know about, and took care of everything, and they were responsive. I give them the highest recommendations. S.

I had a very positive experience. Paul their owner was pleasant and knowledgeable. Paul and his work crew were professional. They replaced 15 old windows with new double glass sliders. They arrived on time in early morning and finished the entire job in 1 day. Paul took the time to explain how they operate, the warranty, then cleaned up thoroughly. We had expected it to be more complicated, but it went smooth and easy. Windowrama is a good company.

Excellent customer service. Windowrama is very easy to work with and very knowledgeable about his product and installation. The men that installed the windows and doors were friendly and always cleaned up after their work. The windows look fabulous and really changed the appearance of our home. Not only do they look good, but they are already saving us money! Our energy bill was 20% lower for August from the year prior. We are going to be doing construction soon on our parents property in Mississauga and hope to have Windowrama and their guys install the new windows. My only recommendation is to replace your windows when it is not TOO HOT outside!!

I had obtained 4 estimates in 2014 to have this work done but put it off due to the cost at that time, but I still had those estimates. One review on Homestars for Windowrama said simply " Windowrama will be the least expensive quote you will get, so he is the only call you need to make." Since I had the 4 previous quotes for comparison, some including the very same brand and model of windows, I called and Windowrama scheduled an appointment within a couple of days and arrived at the appointed time. Paul was thorough and took measurements of all windows on that Thursday and I received the complete, detailed 6 page quote 2 days later by email. As expected, his quote was lower than any of the previous ones from 4 years earlier even though I am certain that labor costs, etc., have gone up since then. We scheduled the installation for about a month later due to a trip out of town I had to make and his crew showed up promptly the first morning as scheduled to begin the process which went very smoothly. Once the first window was removed, they immediately begin replacing it while beginning the removal process of the next window so that at no time were there more than 3 windows opened which was a great help since it was the middle of July and very hot. They did just over 1/2 the windows the first day, working until well past 5:00 PM and came back promptly the next morning to complete the job. The installation crew was very thorough and after one small ding in the colorcrete finish on one outside window sill was pointed out they were very careful to protect the colorcrete finish on my cement block home on the entire rest of the job. They were also very meticulous in their cleanup once each window was installed. There was nothing that I had to do after the installation to touch up damaged areas either inside or outside the home due to their care in removal and installation. After one of the double wide windows was installed I noticed that the frame of one upper sash was not straight (a manufacturing defect) and Paul said he would order a replacement sash and stop by to install it once if was received. He called me about 10 days after the installation was complete and brought the replacement sash by and lett me keep the older one to use in case of another window was ever broken. I was at home the entire time of the installation and very impressed with how carefull the installers were to limit the "mess" made by the removal of the old aluminum frame windows and how meticulous they were in their cleanup in each room afterr the windows were installed, thoroughly vacuuming the carpet and whole area after they were done with each window. I would highly recommend Windowrama for any replacement window work needed. I also agree that if you don't want to bother with multiple quotes, just know that Windowrama will be the lowest anyway when comparing to other quotes for the sample products to be installed. Great job done at a good price as well.

I had to get additional 7 windows, and my budget was a bit tight. The original windows were metal and raggedy. Paul came to my home with sample windows and we discussed the best options for what I wanted. We decided on 4 large side-sliding window's plus screens. Paul worked with my budget and did not try to oversell what I needed. I ended up with insulated panes that will be way more energy efficient in the winter since that room is not heated. The installation went as promised -it took about 5 weeks for the windows to arrive and the installers worked quickly and professionally. The front of my house looks amazing! It was like a complete facelift for my home! Everyone who sees the windows raves about them! I love how they look and how open they make the room feel!
