I had a company come by a recommendation I got before Windowrama to do a smaller job on the kitchen windows. They were awful but I had to still replace 12 windows which was going to be an expense, so I had to make sure it was the right company. I checked around and spoke with them and found them to be very accommodating. They talked to me about the work, explained what they thought and even helped pick out the color of the windows. They were wonderful. They knew exactly what they were doing and the installers were amazing, I couldn't believe it. They told me it would be a 2 day project but got it done in 1 day. They were here on time and responded great to my phone calls. They cleaned up after themselves and they just kept working and didn't stop. I can't say enough and the windows are great. If i have any other work to be done, I would absolutely call them first. I would recommend them to others.

They delivered on everything they promised. The sales person and other office personnel were knowledgeable and responsive to questions. The windows are high quality and we are pleased with them. The installers were polite, punctual, highly skilled, and careful, and they cleaned up well at the conclusion of the job.

They replaced an existing window in our house. It was a composite window. I liked their professionalism, I liked how they literally talked us through every step of the process, they checked and double checked everything, they called us before and after to make sure that we were completely satisfied with all the work that was done and to get feedback on their own for the company, so I really liked that. The person who actually came to our house was very, very nice. He has a helper and he talked us through the whole process before he even started to make sure we didn't have any questions and they replaced the window. They took all their garbage with them, I mean it was cleaner than when they got there. So they did an excellent job. And he was very friendly. He made sure we understood everything, we knew how to take care of the window. When he left, we had phone numbers in case we had to call anybody if we had some problems or any question.

I have had a good experience with them about one year ago and after one summer and one winter,i can leave an excellent review for their work. I am very happy with the product itself, and the windows are as advertized. I noticed right away that the house was staying warmer when it was cold outside, and I don't have to keep my air conditioner on as high to keep the house cool in the summer. I had been loosing a lot of heat, and also gaining a lot of heat from the windows. I have a back bedroom, and living room that is completely windows, and there was an immediate difference in the temperature. The windows are very clean, and they are very easy to clean, and I am very happy with them. They finished them off nicely, they had a painter that came and painted around the windows outside, so that the trim match my house exactly. It could not have been a more professional job. The installers came on the day that they were due to come, took a lot of care as far as taking down blinds and moving furniture, and were very quick to get everything done, and they put the blinds back up and they were very polite. They cleaned up everything around the place, and it was a highly professional job from beginning to end. They were great.

They replaced 3 windows with top of the line glass and screens. They could provide the style that we wanted and delivered and installed on time with no problems. We love the windows. They have cut down tremendously on the sound from outside as well as temperature changes. I will definitely used them again if we will need more windows to be replaced.

I had Windowrama replace all of my original aluminum frame windows a while ago . The installers were very fast and cleaned up as they went. With the new windows is a very big difference in the temperature inside the house. The rooms have been cooler in the summer and much warmer in the winter. The units are beautiful and look like they were put there by the builder. You would never know they were replacements. There was a supervisor on site during and after the work and they even sent flowers after the job was complete.

My experience with Windowrama has been very positive. My home was designed by an architect and there is a problem window in my living room that is diagonally shaped. I had at least 3 other companies replace the diagonal window but it never was sealed right. They were the first company that gave me a clear and sealed window and I'm delighted. The windows in my home have smart sunglass and I like the look it gives the front of my house. The guys who installed the windows were great. They knew what they were doing and I got to watch them perfectly fit the windows to my home. The tracks of the windows are smooth and make it very easy to open. If I had more windows to replace, I would have Windowrama do it.

We used Windowrama to replace tall, aesthetically dominant windows in our living room. One of the windows being replaced had been broken, and both had serious problems with moisture transmission and mold.Also, the old windows were single pane. The new windows are a fabulous improvement! They are double pane with a striking waterfall pattern. And, the installation used non-metal framing so that the moisture transmission and mold will not return. The sales and installation were seamless. All very professional! No hassle, no cleanup for us. Everything was done on our schedule and without delays and last minute changes.

They installed new windows throughout the upstairs of our house. The windows in the front are casement and the ones in the back are double hung. I don’t recall there being any problems with the work. We have had Windowrama in the past and they have held up very well. Their price was pretty fair and we think it was a good value. They completed the job in one day. Everything seems to have been fine and we have had no problems with them in the last 3 years so we will keep using them as long as we will need.

We had 14 windows replaced and two enlarged,plus had wood trim added to the inside of 5 of the new windows.So it was a big job!All of the folks from Windowrama were prompt and professional.When we weren't satisfied with the trim,they redid it,no questions asked and no extra charge.We must thank them for everything they have done for us.
