We had such a great experience with Windowrama when we replaced the windows on the back of the house that it was an easy decision to use them again to take care of the front. The quality of the windows and the installation far exceeded our expectations and they look great. Just when we thought it couldn't get better, the windows arrived even earlier the second time around, and despite a difficult installation with two third-story windows in the back, all work was completed in a single day. The workers are friendly and do a great job cleaning up after themselves. We highly recommend Windowrama!

The windows are very high quality, as is the patio door. The house holds heat and cool much better now and really keeps the house more shielded from outside noise. We had single paned windows before. We had to wait about 5 weeks, but we were not in a hurry and the windows came at the promised time. Installation was smooth and the installers made sure to leave everything clean. They came in with a crew of about 6 guys which made the installation quite quick. We especially like that we were able to get windows that were brown on the outside (to match our trim) and white on the inside! The one downside to the windows is the frames are wider than the windows they replaced, so the actual glass part of the window is smaller.

Andrew came out to the house and gave us an estimate for two double casement windows and two double hung windows. We wanted the windows to match the other newer Andersen windows that were replaced by the previous owners. He was very professional and efficient. He was able to tell us which windows and trim would match. He beat the price of two other companies. While he was there we also asked if he could do an estimate for replacing two skylights. He took a look at them and said he would get back to us with the additional estimate when our windows came in. We called Andrew when we didn't hear anything for several days after the windows were supposed to have arrived. He said the windows were in and we scheduled the install. We asked about the skylights and he said he didn't have an estimate, but that he would put one together. Two guys came out to do the install. It took them about 6 hours the first day and 1 hour the second. They were very professional. They took their shoes off every time they came in the house and were good about closing baby gates behind them. They had the wrong colour trim with them, but were good enough to notice and ask about it before they did anything. They came back first thing in the morning with the correct trim and finished up. Both days, they cleaned up their work area before they left and they put all the curtains back up. The windows look great. Overall, we had a great experience. The install crew was excellent, We will use them for our skylights as well.

Our old aluminum framed windows were stuck shut and we needed new ones! After researching, we chose Windowrama and thier windows for their high marks. The owner of the company Paul was informative and courteous and our windows arrived in the allotted time frame and the price was right. Three crews of 2 men each came to install and, much to our amazement, had the windows installed and cleaned inside and out in 8 hours. No broken glass or litter remained, and we were impressed with their organization, skill and politeness. Our new windows keep our home quiet and can be opened with one finger. What a great choice! The price includes 12 windows, city building permit and installation. We also purchased plantation shutters which are not included in the price as they are scheduled for middle of September. We are sure that the same virtues of the window installation will be part of this installation as well.

Windowrama came out on May 24th and checked what I wanted. 3 days later they came out to measure windows. Said would be up to 6 weeks to build the windows. The windows are double hung, double glass with insulated frames. The large windows to have sliders. I was not to pay until completed. Estimate was given at this time. They called July 13 to tell me windows ready and set schedule to install. On July 19th they came and installed. I watched once in a while and saw that they took old windows out carefully and removed them to truck. The new windows were set in, checked that functioned correctly and then installed. insulation was put all in edges and all were sealed. At last minute I asked if could put in two window sills on large windows. Brought the wood and cut to fit, removed old ones. They cleaned up so we had nothing to do. I was told to call anytime if any problem or questions and they will take care of. The price was same as estimate the window sills were only $40. The windows look great and already can tell when closed the sounds from outside are muted. They did a great job and I would recommend to anyone.

My experience with Windowrama has been very positive. My home was designed by an architect and there is a problem window in my living room that is diagonally shaped. I had at least 3 other companies replace the diagonal window but it never was sealed and in result algae formed on the window. Renewal by Windowrama was the first company that gave me a clear and sealed window and I'm delighted. The windows in my home have smart sunglass and I like the look it gives the front of my house. The guys who installed the windows were great. They knew what they were doing and I got to watch them perfectly fit the windows to my home. The tracks of the windows are smooth and make it very easy to open. If I had more windows to replace, I would have Windowrama do it.

Their customer service was unbelievable. The young man who first came to my house and laid out the work. To this day, he still contacts me to see how everything is going. They've done some other smaller jobs since then for me. They get in and get the job done. They're very customer service oriented. They had a large crew of 5-6 guys and knocked it out very quickly. The owner contacts you by email to say 'congratulations, your windows are almost here.' Then, I needed some painting done. They gave me good information on the company. They cleaned up after themselves. They were thousands of dollars below the other companies I checked.

Andre the salesguy came over and gave us a very competitive bid and showed us samples of his product, walked through some design issues we were having, and helped us work out a payment scheme. We had just purchased the house and the old windows were in terrible condition so we wanted to replace them all ASAP even though it would be a good bit of money, we ended up being able to partially finance the project interest free for 18 months. He made us feel comfortable and while we did research the competition there was no one else we seriously considered working with. Windows were ordered and six weeks later they came to install. The team was great, all the retrofits were done in a day (six windows), the new windows took a couple days longer because there was some extensive demo to do. The finished product is wonderful and the workmanship all looks great. They were polite, clean, and Paul the construction foreman was able to solve some un-forseen problems on the fly. I believe total construction took about a week and a half (they had to remove three walls and install re-enforcements to install 3 new sliders). We are in love with our new windows, both how they look and how they perform. I give this company the highest recommendation.

Our experience with WindowRama was great. Alexy was prompt, courteous, and answered all of our questions in the initial and subsequent visits. Replacing all the windows was the largest home improvement project we had undertaken thus far, and everyone we encountered at this company was patient, professional, and concerned with ensuring we were happy with the service and product. The installation crew was amazing--they put protective coverings on the floor and unmovable furniture/fixtures around the windows. The job was completed in one day.

WindowRama by Paul is WONDERFUL!!!! Not only was Paul, our "project manager," very nice and not pushy but he explained everything so that we were comfortable with this large investment. We started out only expecting to replace the sliding glass door & one window and the order expanded. We were amazed when we saw the difference these windows will have in our home for keeping out the heat/cold. (One room gets direct sunlight so it gets really hot in the summer.) When he came to check on the installation process, he made sure everything was running smoothly. In talking to him about how great the rooms look and that we won't be putting up the old blinds, he mentioned they do window coverings. No pressure & he showed us a product that is perfect for our needs. We ordered shades for five windows from him. (That was another $960.) I would recommend WindowRama to anyone needing windows and/or window coverings. They have a great product, the windows look great and we are very pleased. I'm looking forward to getting the new shades.
