We had 14 Windows installed by Windowrama. We searched just about every window company and had many of them out for an estimate. Paul our consultant from Windowrama was great!! We were able to choose from 8 different manufacturers and learn the differences between them all to make the best decision. Everything went just fine the installers made good conversation, they cleaned their work area above and beyond what I expected, and more professional than I hoped for. I told the installers as they were leaving that I was going to call to say how well pleased that I was with their performance. It was an A+!! As for my sales experience, it was great as well!! It was more like dealing with a friend than any salesman it was an A+ as well!! We love our new windows!

From start to finish we had a good experience with WIndowRama. We sought out three companies who had done work in our local area recently and had good ratings on Homestars, then talked to each of them, seeking quotes and getting a feel for the companies. WIndowRama was very professional. They were informative, but didn't push a hard sales pitch. We appreciated the points they made and the way they made their case for the value and quality of the windows we ultimately chose. It meant something to us that Windowcity windows are very efficient, made in Canada and designed for our climate. We also appreciated the fact that they worked with us to make it affordable too. The installation was fantastic, and all the windows and sliders were installed the same day. Their crew was professional, expert, and efficient. Especially nice was the way they cleaned up at the end of the day and hauled off the trash to dispose of it. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend WIndowRama to others.

Overall, the experience was very good. The approximate cost included all new pro-lined windows in the entire home. The price was reasonable for the quality of the work. The technicians were always prompt and courteous, as well as professional. During this process, they were respectful & kept my home tidy, which I appreciated. I had a bathroom window that was over a tub, which is in a difficult spot, and they did an excellent job with that. I am very satisfied with the final result. I would highly recommend Windowrama to anyone with window needs!

It went great from start to finish. Started with Paul the owner of WindowRama coming out to our home to give us an estimate. He was great, and didn't try to sell us like so many other home improvement companies. We looked at all our options and he pointed out that we didn't need to replace every window. That was nice, and no one else did that for us out of all the other companies that came out to our home. The installation went really well, the installers started at 11:00 am and finished around 6:00 pm, they were very clean and took the time clean up after their selves. They also did a wonderful job on the windows, it seems as if our home was built around the windows they installed. I feel as if I made a great choice, although it wasn't very hard after reading all the reviews here on Homestars.

Pauls crew did a splendid job! I have never had a company to present itself as professional as they did. It was a large job and took several weeks of work so we got to watch the craftsmanship that went into the process. The superior talents of the crew were more than we expected. We couldn't find any problems when the job was complete! That's saying something for me, I can always find something that was not done "right". A home appraisal surprised us when we found the value of our home had gone up $40,000, that's 3 times more than the job cost.

From the first contact to the last they were wonderful to work with. They always kept me informed, and I have to mention especially the work crew (Andrew, Alexy and Paul) was splendid, not just professional (clean and quick) but friendly and very helpful above and beyond for my special circumstance. I have a very small cottage, and lots of stuff up against the windows, but I am handicapped and couldn't help clear pathways for them so they did it all themselves very cheerfully. I couldn't ask for more. And as for the windows, they are not only beautiful, and beautifully installed, but the house is so quiet now! Thank you so much, Windowrama!

WindowRama is a great company. Beginning with sales, Paul came out and explained everything in detail, and WindowRama was the only company that brought along samples of the products they use, along with explanation on the quality. Their prices are very competitive. All of the windows and doors are made in Toronto and I like the fact that they are made in the Canada. It was easy to speak with their office personel. Lory was especially helpful throughout the process. Everyone who stepped foot in my house was polite, knowledgable and helpful, from sales, measurements, and installation. They did a gorgeous job. Originally, I had ordered 3 windows and 2 doors and I was so happy with the result that I called them back to do the rest of the house. The windows and doors are beautiful and I couldn't be happier. This is a superb company that puts the needs of the customer first.

Our house had the original window with storms from the time it was originally constructed in 1965. We determined that it was time to replace them since many no longer worked as they should and there was a great deal of air infiltration. We received an estimate to replace all the windows in the house from Paul who was very knowledgeable about his products and recommended options for us with explanations that allowed us to decide on the best course. The windows arrived and fortunately weather cooperated and over the course of the next several days the windows were put in. Same crew everyday showed up at the same time. The windows look great. The guys were great with any questions I had and kept me informed of what they were doing next. They were efficient and were non disruptive for a very big job. I had the security company come out to reconnect the alarm and he even said the guys did a great job and took extra care to do it right so he was able to rewire with no problem.

The individual that came out, the estimator was really forthright, explained things well and didn’t pull any strings that the other people were pulling when doing estimates. In the actual installation phase, they sent out seven people, took out twelve windows, and took out two sliding doors. They were all very polite and mannerly and our answered questions. Their quality insurance individual came out to inspect the job. We are very pleased with the Anlin windows that they put in, they are triple pane windows and the sliding doors are gorgeous. All in all, it was a very good experience with Windowrama.

When we met with WindowRama we were impressed from the start. The person we met said he would be the person in charge of the project and our contact person. He offered us a medium/high grade triple pane window with a lifetime warranty including accidental breakage. Because of the grade of window, we received a $300.00 rebate from the city of Toronto. During the month of July they waived the sales tax and installation fees resulting in a savings of over $1350.00 over the other firms we obtained bids from. We were told it would take about six weeks to make the custom windows but they were ready for installation in three weeks, a pleasant surprise. We couldn't be happier with the work and professionalism.
