Two windows were replaced by Windowrama in 2010, and I wanted the new ones to match. Three men came, one inside, one outside, and the one who ran to the truck to get supplies. They were neat, quiet, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. Their hands were pretty cold after smoothing the putty. Fortunately, this was a day between snows! I'd hire them again, except that was the last of the original windows.

Probably the single best "home-improvement" experience I've had yet. Definitely feel like I got a good value for a very good product (chose Windowrama after fielding several other estimates). The whole installation team was so punctual, professional, and FAST. It was like watching a well-tuned machine, each person on their very large crew (must have been at least half dozen guys) took over the whole house and had all 17 old windows out and replaced in ONE day. The only remaining work that carried on to a second day was some minor caulking and trim on a couple windows, which was finished in a snap the following morning. I would never have believed such a big job could be executed so perfectly and so FAST...I'm still floored (in a good way!)...a really impressive crew.

WindowRama by Paul replaced all the windows in my home. Paul was fast in getting the quote, kept me informed during the production of the windows and was wonderfully communicative during the whole process. More than I have experienced with any other contractor. The windows look great. My home looks great and I couldn't be happier with the process. This was for two homes' replacement windows. Prompt response. Much time spend with order, measurements and questions. They worked with me so that I could schedule airfare to arrive for the install. Manufactured and delivered as promised. The install crew was fantastic! Gregg, Jeff, and Alexy the first day. 2 others the next two days, minus Jeff. The crew was organized, knowledgeable, hard-working, skilled, prepared and pleasant. They took care to protect the surroundings and cleaned up very well. The windows and doors look great. I am happier than I expected. The only issue was with the salesman. Perhaps our personalities conflicted, but we had a couple issues that did get resolved and I purchased windows for two homes. I would definitely use this company again and recommend it and this particular crew to all.

It went extremely well, from the initial visit by Alexy (sales rep) through the measuring and ultimately the replacement. Everyone involved was respectful and professional, all with nice personalities and excellent work ethic. In fact, I initially ordered a more expensive window before deciding a different brand, that happened to be a couple hundred less, would look better with the other window trims in the kitchen. Alexy could not have done enough to ensure the change was made, all with a great, customer friendly attitude. The work has been done with excellent craftsmanship and in just a few hours. Windowrama even replaced some siding around the outside and did excellent trim work on the inside.

Everything went great! From the get go they were professional, kind, and punctual with all they promised. All the people we dealt with personally, Paul in sales, Alexy who came out for the final measure, and the three installers with Andre as a lead, were so friendly and easy to work with. We love the windows so far and hope there will be no issues with them in the future. We would definitely recommend WindowRama.

Great sales representative (Andre). They kept their promises. Kept me up to date on status of window delivery and install. Never had to chase them. The crew that came out was fantastic and knew what they were doing and took good care of the home and cleaned up after perfectly. All three crew members were hard working, friendly and experienced. We worked with Paul who has a great personality, he was always responsive, friendly and informative. The windows were the original windows with the house which means they were about 40 years old. Some required significant carpentry to rebuild the outside frames, we were concerned that this would increase the cost but Paul kept the cost in line with the estimate. The replacement windows were ordered, they came in on time, and the crew came over and completed the work in one day! To get it done in one day Paul actually brought two crews! The workers were very polite and efficient. Paul made a couple of recommendations which turned out fantastic ! We love our new windows and will be recommending the Paul to all our friends!

I had 8 replacement vinyl windows purchased/installed with Windowrama. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Prior to meeting them I had recieved 3 quotes from other companies. Each one being a long, drawn out, high pressure, and painful process. Windowrama was the exact opposite. Paul arrived right on time, looked at the windows to be replaced, and presented me with some good options all within 30 min. He was knowledgible, friendly, and very professional. He had multiple samples of his products on hand to show me. Prices he quoted were straight to the point and very reasonable. There was no pressure and no haggling. I was shocked to find that they offered the same window as another company I had met with for 1/2 the price. Needless to say I went with Windowrama. I was quoted 5-6 weeks until installation, however just 4 weeks later the windows were ready. The day of installation the installers arrived exactly on time. They were very friendly and professional. The entire installation went smoothly. They were happy to answer questions and were very careful and respectful of our home during the process. Execpt for the new windows you would never have known they were there. The windows themselves look amazing, have a high quality feel, and function perfectly. The windows have made a huge difference in the comfort of our home and have exceeded my expectations for the price. Paul personnly stopped by to check on the installation and brought a vase of fresh flowers for our home. The value, quality and professionalism demonstrated by Windowrama is far beyond that of other window companies. They made us feel like we were their most important customer. Don't wast time or go through the torture of dealing with anyone else. CALL THESE GUYS!!!

Superbly, from start to finish. When my wife and I bought our century old house, we were entirely new to home ownership, including window replacement. The house had windows with rot issues, one with an old hornet's nest in it, several being held together by plywood. Andre and his company stood out from the initial contact with his no-pressure sales approach, highly competitive bids compared to competitors, and sincere desire to educate and serve the consumer. Fast communication about everything from estimate call to contract set-up to scheduling installation. The crew was supervised by him and impeccable in their speed, professionalism and site cleanup. We recommend him / them to all of our recent home buying friends, and they will be our go to for remaining window replacement / upgrade issues for years to come.
