My experience with Windowrama is a perfect example of why Homestars is such a valuable service. From start to finish Paul and his company was outstanding. Paul is extremely personable, energetic, and informative. When he performed an estimate for the window replacements, he was happy to cater to our schedule, meeting us well after normal business hours at our home. During the estimate, he went out of his way to make sure that he understood what our priorities were for the work and how his company could meet our expectations. There was no pressure involved, only a dialogue that helped us to make the best choice. As we were moving into a new house, Paul fast tracked the order for the windows to get them as soon as possible. On the day of service, the crew (Alexy and George) arrived on time and made sure they explained how the job would be performed and what they would do to make sure there was no mess from the work. Both Alexy and George were polite, friendly, and professional. After the two of them working for ~8 hours replacing windows all over my house- I cannot tell that there was anyone doing work in my house today (i.e. excellent job with the cleanup). The windows look fantastic- Paul designed a solution to allow us to keep several stained glass picture windows above windows they were replacing. At the end of the day, Paul stopped by to check on the work and walk me through to point out exactly what had been done during the day and answer any questions. He even brought flowers for my pregnant wife for Mothers Day (!). Ive referred 2 neighbors to Paul already today.

Windowrama sold me windows and storm doors. The rep was outstanding and on call whenever I had questions. The installers were magnificent with both installation and clean-up. They were efficient and professional. The result is a home full of windows and doors that will last for a very long time and are beautiful to behold. Kudos to Windowrama!

From the first contact on June 5th until installation on June 27th, my experience with Windowrama was excellent. A rock had shattered a slider and Gregg showed up as scheduled and took the time to explain just what was needed and what the job would entail. He measured and confirmed with Alexy which product would be best for replacement. Alexy and crew installed the new doors, were on time and finished quicker than estimated. Everything was cleaned up and taken away. We seldom give a high rating to any service, but Windowrama deserves it. We were very satisfied with the new doors and Windowrama.

Mr. Paul Bokarov, one of the owners, came to our home at the scheduled time, and gave us a very concise presentation of his work and of the windows he supplies. He has a very thorough knowledge of how a window should perform, the parts involved and the development of the technology. Though we had obtained two other estimates, we decided to sign the contract with Paul of WindowRama, who, in our opinion, was head and shoulders above his competitors. On the day of the installation, his technicians arrived ahead of time, and immediately started working with the precision of a clock. We have never had a crew work at this level of professionalism in our home before. They worked quietly and efficiently, and all the 14 windows were installed perfectly in one day. We have no hesitation in recommending the Paul and the whole WindowRama company to our friends and neighbors.

I received 4 bids and found WindowRama was the most competitive. They were very professional in the installation and reset the Master Bedroom window as they felt it was not fit correctly. I really appreciated that as I did not see a problem with it the first time. The Windows are beautiful and I get a lot of compliments from neighbors. I am contemplating a Patio Door system replacement and will definitely contact them first. I would more than highly recommend talking to them if you need new windows.

They provided exceptional service and results. Very happy with the sales approach ( not high pressure, just the facts and very straight dealing Note: this was unlike one of their competitors). Andre was always very responsive, explained things clearly and thoroughly and let me make my own decisions. Very accommodating about colour choices. Windowcity did the construction to Windowrama measurements and Windowrama insured that they produced the right product on time ( in fact a day early) despite colour requirements. Installation was scheduled and completed in one day by two very competent and pleasant installers. Andre came by twice during the installation day to be sure things were going well and that I was satisfied. They arrived on time after picking up the windows and related material from Windowcity. Work was completed by 4 pm. All debris was removed and the house was left clean. I was very happy with their performance and would highly recommend them for any replacement window work. I would use them again. My only suggestion for improvement would be to use street cones and yellow security tape to better block off the work area...just a suggestion to improve professionalism. In sum, very happy with price, service, and workmanship.

Windowrama owner Paul came to my home to look at project of replacing windows in sunroom of older craftsman home in April. Paul was very helpful with helping me to decide on the best arrangement of window sizes for excellent visual appeal and also good value. He gave me a few estimates with different window brands and configurations and was very honest with me about how the windows are priced. We used Windex cedar windows as they were most cost effective for our project. He has a few teams of skilled reliable carpenters who have worked with him for years. He had one of the window installers come out to look at the project so we could discuss some of the construction issues, to make sure a long span of windows had enough structural support and also about lowering the window sill on one side so we could have a better view of the garden area from inside the sun room. Scheduling office was easy to work with. Windows arrived and were installed within the time span they had planned for. Installer was excellent, he was skilled and experienced working with structural issues of older houses . They protected adjoining room from dust. They were very efficient with both time and equipment for the job. I was surprised with what they got done in 2 days. They cleaned up after themselves. The installer Alexy was a delight to work with. All in all, I am delighted with the outcome. The windows make a big difference and it has totally changed how we now use that room. The process was smooth and went totally as planned and everyone was very professional. We feel we got an excellent value.

Windowrama were the fourth company to offer an estimate for replacement windows and I felt that although they were not the cheapest that I would be getting the best products installed by professionals. Just two weeks after the initial meeting our windows were installed and we are very pleased with them, I'm glad I followed my instinct! The team at Windowrama are well coordinated and very professional. I definitely recommend their work and will be calling them again when I need further window or door replacements.

Contacted WindowRama and received an initial estimate. Was told that dual pane, low emissivity glass could not be done the same day by anyone. Later that day, Alexy(from WindowRama) arrived, removed the broken window, measured the window for the replacement window and informed me that it would be approximately 5-7 business days to install the new window since they had to be custom made. a few days later, I received a phone call to schedule the install of the new window. Alexy showed up a few minutes early and installed the window. I was very pleased with the promptness, professionalism and workmanship by all WindowRama personnel that I dealt with, especially Alexy.

I contacted 3 providers at least for this job. But I preferred to get this done by WindowRama since they were specialists in their work. A handyman/general contractor did not give me the same sense of ease. Besides they were priced well too. Andre came in and was able to show me door options and give me an exact estimate on the spot! The job was done in a day. The workers worked hard till 7pm and got the work done well. They broke open the wall. Then an electrician did his work. Then they continued to open the entire space. They added a header beam for the needed support. Then they placed the door in place and fixed it. They added insulation around the door and added the trim around it, both inside and on the outside (towards the yard). They had made sure that the trim would match our existing trim exactly, which was great. They tested the door so that it opened correctly, locked right, etc. Overall, Yuriy and Gregg did a great job - they were meticulous about the entire process making sure everything was done correctly. I would surely work with this company again and recommend them to you.
