Andre was so responsive and patient and timely while working on my bid/order details. I couldn't have asked for better service. Suggested options; advised me when he thought my choice was incorrect, but didn't insist; did and re-did drawings; accomodated my unique requests for glass types and grid types. Negotiated the price. I got bids from the window manufacturer, a big box store, and an independent company (Windowrama). All bids were for the exact same brand and style. When asked to justify one price difference, Windowrama immediately compromised. Windowrama ended up being the middle price point. I questioned one detail that was omitted. Since neither of us had proof, Andre volunteered for the company to pick up the cost. I had planned on going 50/50, but we never got to that stage. Alexy was in charge of installation. He was personable and professional. The crew was so fast and efficient. His crew did an excellent clean up job at the end of each section of installation and after the total project. It took only a single, quiet request to have something recleaned. The office staff had a customer friendly approach to inquiries. They followed up at several intervals after the installation was complete. If I even hinted that something was not quite right, they put in a work order and followed up with me to see if the problem was solved and I was satisfied. Months later they even researched the tax I had paid on the job for my income tax return. Their response was in less than two hours.

We are doing a family room renovation and needed to replace a bow window. Paul from Windowrama came and then we went to the showroom to view their inventory. We found what we wanted and after the company owner came to measure we placed the order. The window was installed 3 weeks later as promised. We are very satisfied with the whole experience. The installers were professional, polite, and very capable. We are completely happy with the window and the quality of the work done.

It was an outstanding experience from the salesman to the installation. Windowrama was professional, polite, versed on the product, and efficient. The salesperson, Paul, took his time to explain his product, the process, timing and the cost of replacing the side windows on my home. The person that came out to measure the windows took his time and was personable answering any questions that I had. Because my home was built in 1975 it had to be checked for any lead paint. The technician that came out was also very professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing and showed me the readings on his equipment. The installation was wonderful. The two installers worked quickly but, efficiently. I was amazed how wonderful the windows looked when the installation was completed. I was shown each window, how it slid, the lock, and the overall workings of the window. The installers cleaned up and left no mess. Beautiful job and I will not hesitate to recommend Windowrama when ever I have the opportunity.

We loved Andre right from the start. He listened and helped us get the best for our house and keep within budget. He worked with us to make sure we maintainted the look of the house. They came timely and left the house clean. The end results is we now have beautiful windows that kept within the style of the house. We only had one issue with the new modling they put in (did not match) and a sticky door lock. BUT Andre had them schedule that and fix it immediately. We were very happy with the results and the pricing. We would absolutely recommend Windowrama and Andre! The windows still look great!

We contacted the company and received an appointment with the owner, Paul, about a week later. Paul came on time to an evening appointment and was a delight to work with. He stayed for about an 1 1/2, was incredibly knowledgeable and made recommendations that would allow us to stay consistent with the integrity of 1961 style house while keeping down costs. After getting several bids on the windows, Pauls price came in between $1 - $2,000 less than the others. We were impressed with his thoughtfulness and experience and decided to close the deal with him that evening. We had a subsequent meeting with Alexy, who took the measurements of all of the windows and assured us that he would also be the one installing them when they arrived. That appointment lasted 1/2 hr. We waited about a month to have the windows installed. We were scheduled for Thursday, April 9 and Friday, April 10, but were told that Alexy was sick the morning of the 9th and that he would be coming on the 10th and 11th. When he came on the 10h, he got work quickly and had replaced most of the windows he was scheduled to work on by noon. He took the initiative to look at Saturday's weather report and decided to push through to complete the entire job, as Saturday's forecast was to include thunder storms. Alexy, although not feeling his best, was also a delight. He and his partner did a wonderful job on the windows and replaced blinds and curtains as they were. We are very pleased with the service we received from this company and plan to use them again in the near future.

Andre, the owner, came out to do the estimate. He answered all my questions and provided information I wouldn't have known to ask about. The work was scheduled much sooner than I expected. Yuriy and Paul did the installation. They were very professional, paid attention to detail, and did quality work. They take pride in their work. It seems a little thing to mention, but I was pleased with the clean-up they did and the respect for my property. The house already is warmer. I was given the stickers from each window so that I could apply for the energy rebate. As Paul and Yuriy said, Camilla was a phone call away, to help with scheduling, questions, etc. Thanks for everything Windowrama.

Totally professional throughout all steps of the process. Co-owner, Paul, came out approximately three weeks prior to installation to measure and give a quote for window replacement. After checking with one other provider I decided to go with Windowrama for four window replacements. I received a call the next day from the office setting up installation for approximately a month out. Several weeks later I received another call telling me they had moved up the installation date by approximately ten days. Head installer, Alexy, arrived exactly at the appointed time on the scheduled date and proceeded with installation, using a two-man crew. Installation took approximately six hours. When I returned from work later in the day, all windows had been installed, workplace cleaned up, and Alexy and his crew explained to me about the installation and how to work the windows. There was some unexpected damage to drywall in one of the rooms, which Alexy promised they would return to repair the following week. This was done in a timely and very professional manner. I would not hesitate to use Windowrama again when I decide to replace the rest of the failing windows in my home.

We were very pleased with Pauls visit to give us an estimate for a sliding patio door and two big bedroom windows. He provided several options for the sliding patio door and took the time to explain the different features. We also asked Paul to give us an estimate on two windows and after inspection he suggested I called the manufacturer to ask if they could fix the mechanism, rather than buying the whole window. I appreciated this very much because the manufacturer did come in to fix the windows and luckily it was still under the warranty. After selecting the sliding patio door, Paul put in an expedited order at no extra charge. The installation was done by Yuri and Alexy and they did an awesome job. They were very professional and thoroughly cleaned the area. I am very pleased with Windowrama.

Great company to do business with. The two guys that did our windows were prompt, tidy,and professional. They worked diligently and were careful to leave everything neat at the end of each day. We had our sliding glass doors (2) replaced as well as all of our windows. There was an issue with the foundation not being poured completely when our original basement door was placed, so the lead Windowrama guy built a frame and assisted me and my brother in getting cement poured for a better fit or our new door. The Windowrama guys had hoped to be done with our windows in four days, but this little extra project set them back an extra 1/2 day, which they gladly did for us at no extra charge. We are grateful for their expertise and kindness to help with this. We would highly recommend this company to anyone for superior windows and service.

Windowrama Window and Door are a pleasure to work with. It began with Alexy coming to my home for a consultation. I have a 1946 craftsman and wanted to replace the original windows with something that would keep with the character of the home. Alexy offered many suggestions on products, details, trim, etc. We ended up choosing solid wood, double hung windows with multiple grids in the top sashes and a coordinating front door. Alexy understood scale and proportion and recommended window sizes and a door that would complement the house. We also wanted all of the old painted trim removed and replaced with vertical grain fir inside and cedar outside. Paul came to install the windows and door. He is a talented carpenter with an amazing eye for detail. He removed all the old windows and trim and created a new style of trim work for both the exterior and interior. The windows and door were installed perfectly, and the new exterior trim was neatly weather sealed and ready for paint. Paul had a natural eye for what looked good on my craftsman house, and the new trim makes the house look amazing. I would definitely recommend Windowrama to anyone.
