On time every day....worked with me on several things outside the contract. This was the entire house....14 windows. They took great care to do everything I ask for and more. Everyone in this company was on the top of they're game........I would know, I spent 36 years in heavy construction...These guys are GREAT!!! Nice work everyone!!!! I love my new windows.......Yes, it's a lot of money,... But, my house is so much more quieter, cooler, and easy to clean the windows!!!

I called Windowrama for an estimate on replacing a window and putting in a bay window. The salesperson, Andre, came out and gave us all the information we needed. We were very impressed with his knowledge and help. We signed a contract that day. The windows were ordered and a few weeks later they were delivered. There were several people working on the job since it involved putting a 10 foot bay window in a second story room. The workmen were wonderful. So careful with everything, very respectful, and excellent at their job! It took three days to complete the work. The windows were in the front of the house and both were surrounded by stucco. Since they had to replace the stucco around the windows I was really afraid that it wouldn't match the pattern of the stucco we already had. When it was all done and the stucco was finished and painted you could not tell the difference between the new and the old. It was that good!! I absolutely love our new windows! This is a wonderful company to work with and I highly recommend them. Prices are good, workmanship is superb, salesmanship is great, and all in all a good experience.

We contacted WIndowrama by Paul and they scheduled an appointment to come take a look at what we wanted. Paul came out as scheduled and within a couple of hours gave me a detailed written estimate. It took my wife and I a couple of days to look over the estimate and make our decision. We had a couple of changes and Paul was able to get us a new quote via email very quickly. Once we made our decision, Windowrama by Paul put the windows on order and scheduled our install date. The crew showed up on time and were very professional. They finished the work on schedule. We had a some scratches on a few of the windows, and they took care of contacting the window manufacturer and had them replaced. I didn't have to worry about a thing. Overall we are very happy with our new windows and that we chose Windowrama to do the work.

Paul, one of the co-owners, came out and provided an estimate, without the usual song and dance such as the jumping up and down on the windows and the whole having to call their manager to see if they can get a better price. Paul came out, did all the measurements, asked what we would prefer and recommended the line of windows that he thought would suit our house. No rush, no pushing and very knowledgeable. My family felt very comfortable, unlike some of the other window salesman that provided estimates, and we had basically decided that it would be Windowrama that would upgrade our windows. On the exact date of installation, Alexy and his great crew, were promptly on time and proceeded to complete all of the work 4 days later. Boy, talk about a perfectionist, in a good way, Alexy and his crew made sure everything was done right and made sure everything was perfect. I didnt expect what the installation of the windows would do for my house, but WOW. All I have to say is it was a GREAT experience and I would deinitely recommend, and I did, Windowrama to all my peers and friends. Paul and Alexy, you guys are the best!

The experience was fantastic. Alexy came out to the house and did a short overview and we discussed the quote. His first number out of the gate was 1/4 the quote of another company, and right on par with other companies. We greatly appreciated his approach. No high pressure sales. Friendly. Easy going. Knowledgeable. When we agreed to the job, the office contacted us to schedule. I think the lead time was something like 3 weeks. When the crew came out, I instantly liked the foreman Vadim. The rest of the crew was friendly and chatty. I was home the whole time of the install and they were great people to be around. Clean, professional, and friendly. They worked through the job methodically and did a great job with the finish work. The casings and sills were clean and well installed. The outside trim looked great. And the caulking was perfect. And they did a great job on cleanup, and you could hardly tell they were ever there.The only hiccups were with the front door and one window. The front door was a double Codel door. The manufacturer did not include the proper hardware, the weather stripping was the wrong color, and sillplate did not have the holes for the door locks pre-drilled. They had to return later to fix these. And one window had a chipped handle that required a visit from the guys. Overall the experience was spectacular and we highly recommend Windowrama.

We originally chose Windowrama because the company carries Windowcity windows, and we wanted to maintain consistency. Paul came to our house to conduct an estimate, both for our living room and kitchen. The estimate for the windows was fair but we opted to only replace the living room windows. Alexy at the Signature office followed up with us to schedule dates for taking measurements and the installation. Andre and Sean (I hope I got his name right, it might be Alex) came to the house to take measurements, and then arrived on the scheduled date to install the windows. We were wonderfully surprised by how quickly these two gentlemen were able to remove two sets of storm windows and install the new windows. They were thorough in cleaning up after the installation. The windows are fantastic. We will definitely use Windowrama again for the kitchen windows, and we would gladly recommend them.

Our experience was great. Andre made an effort to discuss with us various options and nail down the exact types of windows that would fit our needs and budget. They scheduled the installation about a week in advance (the date was flexible and depended both on their and our availability). The installation was quick and mostly painless. Two windows required a separate visit to plug some unsightly holes between the windows and the brickwork. This was done upon our request without any hassle. In general, our concerns were addressed very quickly. I would recommend Windowrama to everyone. Fortunately, all our windows are already taken care of.

Previously, Windowrama replaced all of the windows in our home. They were wonderful to work with, provided a good product at a reasonable price, and did a great job on the installation. Based on our experience with the windows, we included them in the bid process for our door replacement project. As with the windows, Paul was very punctual for our initial meeting. We discussed the pros and cons of the various materials and products. He was generous with his experience and knowledge and assisted us in selecting the door that fit our requirements. His bid was the least costly of the companies that we spoke with. We were scheduled for a trip. So that there was no disruption in the timeline, Windowrama quickly sent one their installation leads to our home to take the final measurements and to determine the materials needed. The installation date was out about a month - not a problem as we were in no rush. Part of that time was for the manufacturer to build the door and stain the interior trim material sent by Windowrama to match the door. The installation team arrived earlier than promised so that they could be set up and ready to go by the time that they had scheduled. The covered the floor to prevent damage and worked carefully and quickly. We had not originally planned to replace our door, so we had the interior walls painted. Since we changed the colour of the walls, we needed the new interior trim to match the footprint of the old woodwork. They did a great job accomplishing this. Should add that Vitaly (lead installer) was great. He provided me with the exterior trim material early so that I could paint it prior to installation. There was also an issue where the top of the crown piece was not stained as the door manufacturer had not realized that this piece would be used as such. Paul quickly ordered the stain and Vitaly came out on a Saturday to remedy the situation, even though he was scheduled to go on a vacation. He said that he did not want to leave before all of his customers were taken care of and nothing was waiting on him. Can't say enough good things about this company and its people.

Alexy came to our home and measured our windows and gave us an estimate. He was very helpful in guiding us and recommending tinting on the sunny side of our home. Then a few days later, an expert measurer came to confirm the measurements. A few short weeks went by and the installers came to place the windows. The only thing we were not prepared for, is that replacing windows required a lot of sawing into our window frames in order to fit the new windows. That caused some drywall damage that we need to fix and repaint. We would have loved for someone to have let us know that was going to happen, but we still would have replaced the windows and used Windowrama.

Mark and his team replaced all windows of our house, replaced rotten woods around the frames, and repainted them. My husband and I are very pleased with the job well done. Our 18 year old house had very leaky windows and now have all beautiful new windows through out. What a peace of mind that offers! Paul is an extremely caring and responsive person! My little girl and I have a lot of allergies including chemical sensitivities. We had some bad allergic reactions to the caulking materials (although Paul already searched local stores and got some low VOC stuff). He then searched the internet and purchased some special zero-VOC caulking materials which we did not have any reaction to it. We are very grateful that he goes a great length to take good care of his customers! We highly recommend Paul and Windowrama overall and will work with him again if we have a project.
