Todd was very prompt and responsive to our needs, and we felt that his estimate was very competitive. Our new window was installed about ten days after the estimate was given. It was a more difficult job because our old window was no longer being manufactured and he had to work with some of the old parts when installing the new one. However, the job went well and the window looks beautiful and works perfectly. I would definitely hire Windowrama again in the future.

Good experience from the beginning. Andre came out and gave us a very good presentation. We then went to the show room and got an exact idea of what they would be doing. Todd then came out to confirm measurements. Put in 4 double windows in our sun room and two other windows. Also put in a new front door. We are very happy to the job done.

Our experience with Windowrama was great. I called and the owner of the company (Alexy) came out himself the next day to do the estimate. Due to budget concerns, we weren't sure if we wanted to replace all the windows in the house. Alexy worked with us so that we replace all our windows and still remain in our budget. The lead installer (Todd) came out and measured and within two weeks our new windows were in and we couldn't be happier. It is much quieter now, the new windows look great and operate perfectly. In a year or so when we decide to replace our siding I will be giving Windowrama a call again.

We spent about $10,000 or $11000 on that work. The job overall went awesome. They were amazing and we would highly recommend them to others. The salesman Todd was awesome and he came in here and brought us a sample. He worked with us and he was very accommodating. He even went to a hardware store to get us a storm door and he picked it up and brought it over, and he was awesome to work with. The guys who did the installation were very professional, on time and worked continuously the all day and got it completed in a relatively short amount of time. Their pricing was comparable with everyone else we got an estimate from. They are going to do our patio door this summer.

I needed to call 911. They got into the house by breaking my side door window. After everything calmed down I called Windowrama of Toronto due to their ratings online. Alexy was the service tech who came. He was here approximately 1/2 after my phone call. He was very professional. He measured the window area , cut the glass to size and installed it. Everything was finished in 2 hours, without even any need to order parts and having to wait for installers to come in. These guys are quick and efficient.

We received quotes from 4 companies. The salesman from Windowrama, Andre, was great at addressing our questions and keeping our budget in mind. Windowrama was not the cheapest quote, but we weren't going on price alone. The quality of the sample window was impressive and we liked that they are a locally owned and operated company. Andre was direct but we didn't feel pressured like we did with other sales people. He measured our windows the day of the initial meeting at our home and we had a quote in our hands before he left. Our windows arrived almost 2 weeks earlier than we expected and the installation only took a day and a half (two teams worked at the same time.) You can tell that these installers work together a lot as they were very efficient. They took down our window covering and replaced them when they were done. This process was as painless as I could have imagined and I love the way the windows look.

We needed to replace 7 custom double hung windows and 1 storm door. Our house was originally built in 1970s, so these windows are over 5 feet tall and requiring custom measuring. Windowrama came, did an estimate, and installed the windows and storm door. The company was punctual, friendly, and professional. The Rep. Alexy was knowledgeable about windows in old homes and even corrected us in how old fashioned double hung windows are supposed to function (compared to other companies that skimp on window screens) They cleaned any messes and even performed a follow-up to check on things. There were some minor problems that the Rep fixed easily and the company replaced the storm door without hassle when it did not function properly.

I set up and appointment the owner came out to look at my windows and measured. Later an appointment was made with a representative. When the representative came at the appointed time I looked at several options that were available. He was very helpful and I chose the style and color of the windows. I was told the windows would take approximately 6 weeks. The windows were in on the 7th week. The installers did a good job of the installation and answered any questions I had. The installers were quick and did a thorough job of cleaning up. I give this company an 8 because they are good but can use a little improvement.

Windowrama is great, we have been updating our windows and doors in our house. We purchased the front door with another company but all of the windows we bought from Windowrama and had them recently installed. These guys are super friendly and are willing to come out and answer questions as well as show different samples until you as a client feel totally happy. Give them a call if you want the right contractor for your windows.

My wife and I have been shopping for replacement windows for over a year. We have a large four window unit in our living room that had a lot of additional wood trim that gave a look we wanted to maintain. Virtually all the windows we had seen didn't measure up to what we wanted. We visited Windowrama in August and their display was exactly what we wanted. The salesman visited our home and gathered rough measurements to prepare our proposal. The numbers were excellent, very competitive and pretty much what we had planned. Once we agreed to proceed, the owner, Andre, made exact measurements and explained window by window how the job would be handled. When the windows arrived from the factory, the date of installation was set. Installation took a little less than two days and saying it was a great job would not do it justice. The workers ran the job like clockwork, made minimal mess and cleaned up immediately around each window. They removed window shades, curtains and drapes where necessary and replaced them immediately. We use Homestars to help choose the best contractors around when we need them. Windowrama crew are the best we've ever had working at our home. Neat, clean, timely, professional A+ all the way around. My wife's parting comment to them was to thank them for such a wonderful job and couldn't they also do some of the other stuff she was planning like new carpeting and refinishing a hard wood floor. We would recommend this company to anyone who wants a quality job and quality product!
