I really liked the Windowrama method of sales. Replacement windows are a cooker business with a lot of companies selling the same or similar product. Their price was among the best, there product was excellent and they did a good installation job. I've moved, but I would highly recommend them. I think they have since expanded their scope of services. I would project they do those well too.

Andre proved that he's interested above all in solving a customer's problem. He's an out-of-the-box thinker who's essentially a very smart, knowledgeable consultant on noise and thermal problems in a building. I'd guess he'd be useful on solving many building-related problems, and is outstanding at what he does most -- configure, build and install noise-reducing solutions, particularly involving windows. They were always on time, which seems to be a difficult thing to ask people these days, but very much appreciated. They were able to give quotes quickly and always kept us up to date on the arrival of the windows and worked with us to pick a time to perform the task. They were quick, and very clean with respect to the inside of the house. Although the job was not big only 4 windows the owner and his team from Windowrama treated us as if we were one of their most important customers. All in all it was a very nice experience.

I was very impressed with Windowrama, Todd and the window installation crew. Todd came out to my house to give me a sales quote on the windows. Compared to the other salesmen I worked with he was the best. After choosing Windowrama, I had a great overall experience. The window installation went great and was fairly quick. I love my new vinyl windows. I would recommend this company to others and use them again in the future. On a final note Todd even drove to my house 10pm at night to drop off some paper work that I had submit to my accountant the next day.

The installation included measuring the installed windows in the casements. The sound proof windows are custom made to fit on the interior side of the window pane. No demolition of the exterior windows occurs. This was an important feature because I wanted to retain the look, style, and authenticity of the original Tudor windows. The project went very well. Alexy quoted the price and made the measurements exactly to specification. The project went well and I have had a multi-year relationship with him and can attest to his integrity as well as the quality of his work. I can happily recommend Windowrama and Alexy for great prices and superior craftsmanship.

They installed a new window and French Door leading out to a new second story bedroom. Their pricing was good. They showed up on time, did the work in half the time they had projected and cleaned up after themselves. They thought they were going to have a problem with getting the door to the second level, but the Owner and the salesman showed up with the work crew and everything went smooth. Every one was very nice and professional. Would use again without a question.

When Alexy came for his first appointment, my heat was not working. I apologized for the cold house. He asked where my furnace was located and proceeded to work on it until it came on. I don't know too many business owners who would of taken the time or been knowledgeable enough to do that. The ordering of the windows and doors were relatively easy. He showed me exactly what I wanted. They came in before their scheduled date and were installed in the next few days. The installer was polite, neat, and worked fairly quickly with perfection. Alexy would stop by daily to check on the progress and ask if I was happy with everything. After it was completed, the house looked amazing! They even replaced rotten wood around one of my windows which was a complete surprise to me. There was one problem. When the old door was removed, my new laminate flooring did not extend far enough and left a hole the length of the door. Alexy went to Lowes at least three times to find just the right piece to put down to make it look great. He was not about to leave a job that was not perfect . I would highly recommend Windowrama for windows, doors, siding or anything else they are available to do. It is a company that goes way beyond what is expected to make sure their customers are completely satisfied.

Researched several options to reduce the road noise of my house which sits on a pretty busy street. The road noise was so loud that it was causing issues sleeping at night even with a fan on for white noise in the background. Called up and talked with Windowrama they walked me through the process from start to finish to obtain a window for my master bedroom. I ended up installing the window myself and the installation was straightforward, with the product snugly fitting into the window. Now the road noise is greatly diminished to the point where I can sleep through the night without getting woken up and have ordered 3 more windows to treat my living room downstairs.

The product was installed when and as promised. We noticed the difference right away. There was no cold air coming in at all. It is also very easy to maintain (it needs nothing).Todd came back once also to show me again how to open the window. What great service. I might add that I have noticed no issues at all even though it has been on for 5 months

We had great service from the owner as salesman and from the two man installation crew. The job took 3 1/2 days. The men came each morning at 8am sharp and left the job neat and cleaned up at the end of each day. They took pains to contain all lead-based paint and to protect our plantings under the windows. The whole job was performed thoughtfully and minimized our household disruptions. In total Windowrama replaced 12 single pane windows with architecturally correct Pella replacement and new windows. The work was done carefully and finished off outside with new white aluminum trim wrapping. High quality materials and excellent craftsmanship were a big part of this job. We are completely satisfied.
