    Fiberglass windows

The sale person (Ryan) came to our house and talked to us about what we wanted to do. He was the first sales person who did not talk to me like I was crazy for wanting fiberglass windows. Fiberglass windows are expensive, but I consider them a more environmentally friendly alternative to vinyl. He explained that they also remain more airtight than other window types when temperatures change, because fiberglass expands and contracts at the same rate as glass, which I had not known. I also appreciated that he proposed replacing our bay windows individually, rather than building an entirely new window, which is what other companies have proposed doing. The installers were clearly experienced and recognized the kind of windows we had. As a result, they knew how to remove them properly. They were careful and thorough in installing our new windows. We are thrilled with our new windows and found Windowrama easy to deal with and would certainly use them again.

    Windows and Door

Windowrama recently replaced all the windows (18 total) and our back door in our 17 year old home. For the past few years, we had been experiencing many broken sashes/windows and water leakage. While our windows were still under warranty, we decided we preferred to move forward with a higher quality replacement window throughout the house. We used Windowcity replacement windows, mostly double hung casement windows after recommendation from Windowrama. They installed the windows and door, making some repairs as needed on the wood surrounding the windows, and even rehung all the blinds they took down. Over all this was a very stress free pleasant experience.

    window work

The company was very courteous and prompt. I had two companies come out and their pricing was identical for the replacement window. However, after a week went by, the Windowrama followed up with me to see if I was interested in the service where as the other company did not make a follow-up call. The service guy was quick and efficient. He call to let me know he was running late for our appointment which I appreciated. They left me with a coupon and I will use them again in the futuer.

    Very professsinal window company

Very well. They took out the old windows and replaced with them with new windows. They did their job very proffesionally. They took down the blinds and window shades and replaced them after the job was done. When they took out the large picture window which was very fragile, they did it neatly and safely without braking it or cutting themselves. They called me before they came each day. It took three (3) day to do the inatallation. I was shown how to open, close, the windows including the safety latches, and how to open them to wash. It did rain one day and it did not bother them. If I had another house, I would use them again.

    New window

We recently wanted to replace a window in the living room, because it was very old compare to the other windows in the house, plus it was leaky and would let a lot of rain in during the bad weather. My neighbor recommended Windowrama for their affordability. When the window arrived we were very pleasantly surprised with their quality as well. If you are in the market to replace windows these guys will make your life a lot easier.

    Window capping

We contacted Windowrama after we had a bad leak, which we attributed to our windows. Other companies had told us that we needed to buy new windows, but Windowrama suggested that we merely needed to cap our current windows, which had been improperly installed. We appreciated their honesty! They came out and did the job quickly (before the next big rain!), and we were really happy with their work. Highly recommend!

    sound proof windows

In addition to the installation of the sound proof windows, I have asked Roman to do some other small jobs and most recently to monitor and help me with the fire department’s inspection of my house for smoke and carbon monoxide alarms. Because of an urgent family matter, I could not be present and being so close to my closing, I did not want to reschedule. I thought of Roman. He not only did the 8K job with diligence and oversight, but also did some smaller ones for me as well. He was the one person who I considered able to pinch hit with this inspection and install any alarms the department considered out-of-compliance with the state regulation. It’s rare, to say the least, that you can find someone who is willing to take a small job such as this one, but give it the same diligence and care as he would the more complex and profitable projects. In conclusion, if you require a skilled person to update your current window system because you live on a busy street, sound proof windows, in my mind, are your best option. If you have other work that other contractors cannot perform, Roman from Windowrama is your best option.

Very happy with our new windows

We received quotes from 3 companies. The salesman from Windorama, Alexy , was great at addressing our questions and keeping our budget in mind. Windorama was not the cheapest quote, but we weren't going on price alone. The quality of the sample window was impressive and we liked that they are a locally owned and operated company. Alexy was direct but we didn't feel pressured like we did with other sales people. He measured our windows the day of the initial meeting at our home and we had a quote in our hands before he left. Our windows arrived almost 3 weeks earlier than we expected and the installation only took a day and a half (two teams worked at the same time.) You can tell that these installers work together a lot as they were SO efficient. They took down our window covering and replaced them when they were done. This process was as painless as I could have imagined and I love the way the windows look.

Very Good Service, windows & doors

My home has 21 windows, so I have been having windows installed a few at a time. I have worked with Windowrama twice in the past, and they are always very responsive and do a great job. Since my home is old, they have to do more insulating than in a newer home. My home is two story, so it is great to have the double hung windows when it comes to washing them. Since I began replacing my windows, I have never had a problem with them. The workers are polite and efficient, and clean up and haul off all debris. The salesman is pleasant and punctual, and answers any questions I have. I look forward to using this company to finish the last of my window replacements.

    4 New windows

I've only had them for a week but so far I'm very satisfied with the windows. The service was prompt, and the installer was right on time and very professional and courteous. He measured my 4 bedroom windows (2 of which had rotten wood and were leaking). He showed me single, double, and triple pane windows. I selected the double pane windows, purchasing 2 and getting 2 free. Edward followed up personally after the installation to make sure I was satisfied. I will be purchasing additional new windows in the future and will be calling Windowrama again.
