    Basement Renovation

    Mike was top notch right from the beginning. We had some walls taken down, new walls installed, doors, T-bar ceiling and baseboards installed. He made some very great suggestions. Mike always kept us abreast of his arrival and departure times. Budget was very accurate. We made some changes as we went along and he was very fair in the pricing, even when it was a credit. A major plus from our end was his clean up. He was always on top of it and didn't leave anything for us to clean up. We would not hesitate to recommend Mike to anyone. Thank you again Mike for all your hard work. We love our new basement.

    Finishing basement

    Mike repair and finished everything in our basement with his excellent team of plumbers and painters,he did excellent,high quality of work with excellent service ,and reasonable price. Mike is honest,calm,prompt and amazing person. I will recomand Mike to all my friends and people.

    Basement renovation

    Mike did an awesome job! Mike was professional from day one. The quality of work is fantastic. He was very clean and honest and trust worthy. The price was very reasonable. Mike is amazing!

    Finishing basement

    Mike was very professional, prompt, efficient and provided very high quality service. My basement was finished perfectly down to the last detail and Mike even coordinated plumber, electrician and painter as well. Flawless execution and a pleasure to deal with, I highly recommend you use Mike for your next project!!

    New bedroom construction

    Mike was very professional and provided quick delivery of his services without compromising on quality. He provided regular updates via email and phone calls to ensure we were updated on the progress of our new bedroom while we are waiting for our second child to arrive. We were worried about being unable to find a person willing to take the job for two small new walls and some electrical work. Mike still showed respect and care, even for a small job like this one. Would recommend him to anybody. Quote / cost provided does not include painting.

    Basement ceiling and closet framing

    Mike is very responsible and professional. This is a small project and he is the only one came over and did the measurements for it. His quote was very detailed and reasonable. Great finishing as well! I would recommend him for any basement renovations!

    Popcorn Ceiling Repair

    Mike and his son were very helpful in repairing a small hole in our living room ceiling. I greatly appreciated his flexible hours so I did not have to take time off of work. The job was small, but done with good care, he also followed up with us to ensure his stippling contact did a sufficient job. Very pleased with the service and to not have a hole in my ceiling anymore!

    Home reno

    We had an older home that needed new drywall on both floors. There was some existing plaster on some walls and the upper ceiling; Mike did a wonderful job of tying the new drywall into the old plaster. When he finished the job, he invited us to call him regarding any deficiencies. As with every job in construction, there were some deficiencies; however, Mike was very quick to fix them. The job was finished on time and on budget, and was completed far more reasonably than other quotes that we were given. I will certainly call Mike for our next job.

    Small Office space in the basement

    Mike just finished a small recreational area in our basement. Although it was not a big job at all, Mike still treated us as though we had hired him for a huge job. I felt he really valued our business. So when it comes time to complete the remaining area in our basement Mike at Plaster & Drywall Solutions will be our first call! Mike did a great job completing the mudding and taping of the small office space, he also had very good communication skills (which I do find lacks a lot when using trades people) and on top of all that he was also reasonably priced! Mike was great at informing me what day he will be back and kept in touch with arrival times. If he was going to be late or needed to change the date, he always informed me! My time is valuable to me and not once did I have to sit around the house waiting for him to show up at a scheduled time. Mike also made sure we were happy with the job prior to paying, and that is how you know you have hired a person with integrity. He is not only very hard working but also cares about the job he does and takes pride in his work. Those characteristics seem harder and harder to find these days. Thanks so much Mike!

    Drywall repair

    Squirrels managed to make a pretty big hole (aboit 8 in x 2in in our vaulted popcorn ceiling. At first we thought we had to replace the whole ceiling panel and urged Mike to quote us the replacement cost. Mike was very honest and told us he could repair it for $250 thus saving us a lot of money. This is such a small job that other drywall contractors probably would even bother but Mike scheduled us in and completed the work as promised.
