I bought this house which needed a lot of work done . Plumber on demand installed all the water pumps in the house and replaced all the toilets . Very quick , efficient and reliable , and the price was reasonable according to the job they got done. Thank you very much and i will recommend you guys for sure to my circle of acquaintances . I called Plumberondemand to change my shower Fossett. Plumber came on site and he gave me a quote for $640 plus tax with a ten-year guarantee. Job was done into my full satisfactory, And the plumber gave me a senior discount of $40. Very professional and great work thank you

I found this company on google search. The dispatcher was very straight forward and advised me up-front for a 40$ service charge. Plumber showed up within 45 minutes as promised and charged me 167$ after tax where other companies would quote me over 250$. Great service and will use them again

So they literally tore my dry walls apart looking for a leak and couldn't find it. They cut dry wall outside my linen closet thinking there might be a pipe it was extremely stupid and needless. The Manager Ryan was the one taking decisions very inexperienced and rude. They spent 9 hours cutting through my dry wall looking for a leak and couldn't find anything. I called another plumber who fixed it in 30 mins it was a valve problem. After we called the company they were really rude and didn't even apologize for the damage they cause to our property . I do not recommend them at all.

The job was done to my satisfactory, I was told I could pay with credit card. So I did and signed for $271. for a half hour work. When I asked for a receipt I was told this would come by internet later. When it did come it showed $294.72. What they did was added 23.32 for a mobile charge. This was done without my knowledge. Won't be able to trust them anymore...

Leaky sink repair was not done properly. I have been trying for the last 8 days to email and I was charged on invoice $225 for what the plumber who did the service told me was a 1hr and 10 min repair. Additionally, I was charged $90 for parts (same parts at home depot were $40). The invoice I received was for $355.95 but my CC was charged $453 Since May 3 I have emailed the office 3 times and called 2x times looking for my sink to be fixed properly and to address my being overcharged. I have asked to speak to the person who owns the business but was denied the information. Martin, who answers the phone is rude, impatient and does a lot of push back. I have had a terrible customer service experience with "Plumber on Demand"

STAY AWAY!!!!!! IF YOU WANT A BROKEN SINK, APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE and DOWNRIGHT RUDENESS then you've come to the right place. But if you want your work done right, go SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!

The service person showed up to the condo with only one tool a wrench, and also brought his niece with him. Stated he had to get the part from another place and would return with it tomorrow. He returned the next day with the part the took five minutes to fix. I was over charged by $20, called the service guy on the total of the bill. He stated I must have made a mistake. So this company is not trustworthy at all , taking advantage people in not right. Save yourself headache don't use this company.
