Our story mirrors others on Yelp and this website. Overcharged the credit card, problem NOT fixed and then hung up on us multiple times when we called expressing our concerns. The Google review contributors that all gave 5 star ratings are all first, and only, time contributors. Hmm... Stay away from this company.

To change 2 cartridges in shower and after looks like a hack job. Originally said will replace deverter for $1000 I agreed and when I saw the job they charged my credit card more. I don't think there employees are licenced.

I would highly recommend that you stay away from this company. Their prices are double what other companies charge and their work is sub par. We had a sewer back-up in our basement. The plumber came and charged $650 to snake the drain (other companies charge $350). After snaking about 20 feet of the entire 50-60 foot line, he recommended a $3,500 backflow valve and then left (other companies charge $1,800). The company then over charged our credit card by $150. When we called them to get the money refunded, they refused to refund the money, told us not to call again, and hung up on us. The next day, we called in another company who actually located the issue (a broken pipe outside of the house) and instructed us on how to fix it at a reasonable cost. This second company that we used was much more professional and cost effective than Plumber on Demand. Although Plumber on Demand is highly rated on Google, most reviewers only have 1 Google review, which makes me skeptical as to whether or not they have actually used this company. Beware of this company!

Great Job! They were very helpful, called us back right away, give me recommendation of what we needed to replace our water heater, showed up on time and completed their job well.Thanks!  

Single faucet shower is leaking. Company called me to find out brand before coming. Came, shut off water, took apart faucet, then told me it can't be replaced and need a new one. Quoted $1000+, billed $120, left with me no water at all and disassembled faucet. I'm in shock! I'm worse off then when I called, have no water, and $120 short. What Now?
