I contacted Plumber On Demand about clearing out my kitchen drain and he responded very quickly He dispatched someone to the job and within 3 hours of contacting him my drain had been snaked and is now running free. The price was also pretty reasonable.

We purchased a new dishwasher and fridge. The fridge needed to be hooked up to the water to accommodate the ice cube maker and water dispenser. Also, the dishwasher needed new piping to hook up to the dishwasher as the old piping was insufficient and not safe. Also, taps were loose over the sink and needed to be secured tighter.

Stay away ! 125+Tax to visit, ok, but a Quote of $500 -700 for simple unclogging a toilet. NO THANKYOU ! A great racket they have, quote a price so insane, you just want to pay them to leave your house ! The worst and the rudest person I have ever had met in Canada, thinks he was doing me a favour and berated me for not hiring him. STAY the hell away from these guys ! Read the other reviews, these guys are a joke.

the plumber did not fix the problem, it leaks again in a couple of month. he charged $525 for replace shower cartridge and remove ice from fridge water line for$ 325. total $960.50 but didn't fix the problem. when I call again, they said they don't have warranty for the job they done. I will not recommend to my friends, and not use their service again.

Late on a Friday night, sewage coming up thru our dwnstrs toilet and shower. No one local will come out, we got desperate and called this service understanding we had to pay $250 just for the call out. When the 'plumber' got here he inspected the issue and declared this a clog in the downstairs toilet piping which he quoted was going to be $1,280.00 to snake and $730.00 to replace the toilet and seal. Due to personal circumstances in our home, we cannot have NO TOILETS so I agreed. I know, but I was desperate! The 'plumber' snakes the toilet says he felt a block and cleared it. Hands us the bill, gets paid and leaves after about 1.5 - 2 hours. Leaves a bill indicating their work is NOT WARRANTIED at all expect the wax seal he installed when he reset the toilet. Three weeks later - toilet and shower again full of sewage. Call our Town workers cause this time it's at 3:00pm in the afternoon...all clear from the road to the house in the line and to the street from the T in the yard....blockage is in the toilet again - must be. Right? THE UPSTAIRS TOILET - which we now understand is connected to the line that feeds the downstairs. The blockage upstairs has pressurized the system and exploded sewage for a second time allover my downstairs bathroom. New and local reputable PLUMBER now comes on scene - immediately starts upstairs and snakes the upstairs, gets the blockage cleared and cleans/repairs the shoddy work downstairs in resetting the toilet (did I mention that shiny new wax seal was leaking from Plumber on Demand? Wonder if they'd make good on that warranty?). Clears the line totally and even snaked the shower and cleared the lines totally for us. IN ONE HOUR at a whopping cost of $380. + taxes. THIS IS A COMPLETELY DISHONEST BUSINESS - I understand premiums due to late hours but this is bully business practices and terribly incompetent work.

Not a good experience and would definitely not recommend! Context: I scheduled a service to detect a leakage in my unit. I spoke to a customer representative named Amber, and during our call, we AGREED that the service was going to cost $45.00 plus HST just for the leakage assessment.The plumber showed up and demanded $120 for leak assessment and then he bought a camera to look inside the walls for leaking pipes and said it will be $360. We respectfully declined their service. And since they provided no service, I am obligated to not pay anything. Since then, they are calling and texting me and threatening with collections. They do not care about their customers. BE AWARE!
