The Manager answered the call and address the sewage problem promptly. He quoted me a good price that is competitive and fair. Technicians fixed the problem the next day with new parts. I am very happy with their work and will recommend this company.

Technicians from this company came to the rescue to asses a leak in our kitchen faucet and unclogged our bathroom sink. They were professional and were able to resolve my issue quickly. Will definitely contact them again.

This is the third time we have had technicians from this company in a short period. The first time it was a minor problem they fixed quickly. The next time, a few weeks later, we had a clogged drain. They were here the next morning and again it was fixed quickly and effectively. Last night our water heater started leaking (Saturday night), they contacted me this morning after I sent them a text and left a message last night. They were here at 3:00 P.M., assessed the damage, installed a new water heater, cleaned the garage, and were finished in a few hours. Every time They have been here they have been on time, courteous, and efficient. They are pleasant and polite and definitely take pride in their work.

Their technicians are the best professional, punctual, and do a great job from start to finish. Highly recommend. They have done a lot of work for us over the years the best plumber.

Clogged kitchen drain, couldn't get anyone ethical to come out quickly so got these guys instead. $900 to snake a drain. Ridiculous, but went ahead because I just wanted it done. Wouldn't take a credit card, etransfer only -- I guess too many people complain and get the charge reversed.

They was professional, quick and pleasant to work with. Plumber On Demand was contacted to connect a new water service pipe to our home and the work was done well and with concern to not damage our finished basement.

Plumber charged 650 for under 30 min to snake a drain in a small condo. Refused to take credit card. When we asked why it was so expensive he said the company made the prices not him. Company said the opposite when contacted that the plumbers they hire are independent and some take visa some don't same with price changes. They make more than a brain surgeon at this company. This is a whole weeks pay for us. Last time we had a drain snaked it was 150$

A pipe burst behind dishwasher. Plumber responded quickly arrived that afternoon. Insisted he understood problem in spite of the added info I gave him. He banged the dishwasher about removing it to discovered my info was correct. The repair took all of five minutes but cost more than twice that of similar jobs we've had done. I respect what 15 years of experience as a plumber means but - respecting the information from someone who has 36 years of experience with an old home is also important. He advised us to use a fan to dry out the area before I reinstalled the dishwasher. A good call.

Don't hire these people. They do not guarantee their work. If you complain, they will gaslight you. I had an emergency clogged drain, early evening. Plumber was in and out in 45 minutes. Belligerent and didn't clean up afterward. A few weeks later, I noticed a leak where the work was done. Only after I threatened them with social media outing and lodging complaints with licencing bodies did they come back to fix the problem. Took almost two days of arguing and arm twisting. Unethical company. Make sure you keep a record of all your interactions with them.
