    The Y2K 2000 appliance tech provided a superior service and on time.The company has very friendly and knowledgeable technician. very reasonable price and impressive with the work ethics of the staff.

    Dryer

    Technician was on time and went straight to working on the dryer, did a great job and had it done and running again!

    Range Service

    Our stove door was jammed shut, Chet came out and had this issue resolved very quickly. He provided us with a call early in the morning and was right on time. The office was very polite and provided us with multiple dates to book service. We are very impressed with this service company.

    Dryer repair

    We were very happy with the fast and efficient service received. Brandon Prasad was very friendly and knowledgeable. He got our dryer running in no time! We Would recommend Y2K for any of your appliance repairs.

    Dryer Repair

    I was referred to this company by Whirlpool for warranty work on my dryer. I never write reviews, but this company was nearly impossible to deal with. They missed 2 appointments (over two 4 hour time slots) and for the third appointment they gave me an 8 hour time slot for when the technician would show up. This is ludicrous. Nobody has this kind of time to devote to appliance repair. Overall, my experience with this company has been horrendous. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

    Refrigerator Repair

    The customer service is absolutely brutal. The technician doesn't provide any warning as to when he will arrive. Constantly missing appointments. Doesn't answer back when you phone. I think he cancelled my call actually. Still waiting on repairs. If this wasn't under warranty, I would never ever use this company. Jenn air

    Dear sir/madam, Thank you for bringing this issue to my attention and for the opportunity for our manager to go over the issues. I sincerely regret that it had to get to that point as that is obviously not how we typically operate. Rather than just relying on the technician to resolve your concerns - which obviously did not happen - I should have got involved personally sooner. Unfortunately, our staff made a poor decision on your repairs to use a subcontractor/technician as our normal techs were out of that area, but it is clear that they did not meet our high-quality standards and as a result we will be correcting the deficiencies with our regular techs and not work with that other contractors moving forward. There is no excuse at all for the issues experienced on your work and rest assured this has been resolved by getting rid of some of our contractors and an office staff. I hope that I can restore some of your trust and confidence, by showing you the quality that you deserved by providing a no charge service trip for any other appliance repair in future.     Dryer repair
