    Driyer drum was not spinning

    On the 6th day of November I had my dryer serviced by Raj from Appliance Tech Y2K Very happy with the service done by tech and parts installed by the tech. Also the tips given by the tech how to do preventive maintenance on washer as well. Same tech was at my house for fridge he also checked the dish washer aswell . I would like to have Appliance tech Y2K To do all Appliance services at my house when need Tanks Lalita Devi

    Appliance Repair

    Raj came to our house yesterday to fix our washing machine that wasn’t draining properly. He was clean and professional and showed up on time. He was very efficient and got the job done in a timely manner. He also left the area around the washer looking the way it did when he got there, and I really appreciated not having a mess to clean up. The staff I dealt with in the office were very pleasant and friendly as well. I would highly recommend Appliance Tech Y2K to anyone looking for a company that knows what they’re doing. The McKays

    Warranty work on jennair oven

    The customer service is absolutely brutal. The technician doesn't provide any warning as to when he will arrive. Constantly missing appointments. Doesn't answer back when you phone. I think he cancelled my call actually. Still waiting on repairs. If this wasn't under warranty, I would never ever use this company. Just a note: i copied this review word for word from another previous reviewer. My issues, stresses and frustration were identical to theirs. 2 weeks and 4 scheduled visits later (they didnt show up for 3 of those appointments), my oven is still not working.

I sincerely regret that it had to get to that point as that is obviously not how we typically operate. Rather than just relying on the technician to resolve your concerns - which obviously did not happen - I should have got involved personally sooner. Unfortunately, our staff made a poor decision on your repairs to use a subcontractor/technician as our normal techs were out of that area, but it is clear that they did not meet our high-quality standards and as a result we will be correcting the deficiencies with our regular techs and not work with that other contractors moving forward. There is no excuse at all for the issues experienced on your work and rest assured this has been resolved by getting rid of some of our contractors and an office staff. I hope that I can restore some of your trust and confidence, by showing you the quality that you deserved by providing a no charge service trip for any other appliance repair in future.     Dryer repair

    I had a tech from appliance y2k come out to repair my dryer this afternoon, he completed repairs within 15 minutes and I now have a working dryer. I was recommended this company by a friend, I called on Friday and had my appointment booked for Monday, office lady was very kind. The technician was very professional and punctual with the time he confirmed my appointment for. He also gave me extra tips on how to prevent issues with my appliance. I do highly recommend service from this company!!

    Washer Service

    My washer was locked with clothes in it and full of water. The technician was out to our home within 24 hours and had the unit drained, and working properly before he left. Super friendly.

    Fridge Repair

    Found the office staff friendly, and very diligent when booking service. Tech was very knowledgeable and friendly. My service call was booked and attended to within 25 hours. Great Service!

    Home appliance

    Fridge Repair

    We have never had such a bad experience working with a repair company!!! Extremely poor customer service, lots of runaround with absolutely no results. Going on 3 weeks to have repairs for our fridge!

    Service under warranty

    One Tech came first time didn't figure out and made scratch on the new hard wood floor.. Next came after week didn't figure out and now they want another Tech opinion so two tech came and still didn't figure out. Order parts so many time and made appointment hour time and no one showed up.again today no one showed up or return call my new kitchen aid fridge under warranty is still not working since 3 months. This guy sucks. Never ever buy kitchen aid and call this guy for repair weather it's under warranty or not .

    AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

    This company has been to my house 6 times now to fix the same issue over and over again. It has now been 4 months since my initial service call, and my fridge still isn't repaired. I called several times to ask to speak to a manager to help resolve my issue, and management refuses to speak with me. They won't tell me who the manager is, and when I have asked to have the manager call me, the receptionist calls me back to tell me the manager won't call me and there is nothing more they will do. I have paid them to repair the fridge, and I am still stuck with the same issue. I wouldn't trust a company whose management doesn't want to resolve a customer complaint. RED FLAG!!!
