    Heat pump service

    The technician was on time, knowledgeable, informative and he fixed my issue in a very professional manner. I will use Thermo Cool again if need be.

    Condo ventilation

    We were struggling with even flow of our A/C where one room was much warmer than the other. I requested an assessment and we have been presented with a solution that is practical and affordable.

    AC repair

    Paid $180 to have technician say there was nothing he could do. Really felt this was mailed in to capture a quick fee for 5 minutes of work. Be very careful if considering them

    Air conditioner issue

    The technician found that we had no refrigerant due to a leak in the evaporation coils. He filled the unit with refrigerant and detected the leak. He also cleaned the condenser coils with nitrogen. We will have to replace the evaporation coils due to the leak but we have AC for a month or two. The technician was professional. He explained what he was doing and how he determined our problem. He spent two and a half hours here, making sure everything was working (for now) before leaving.

    Apartment Heat Pump service

    Called for a service late afternoon and managed to get an appointment the next day. Was given a call 30 mins prior to the technician turning up, which was great. Alex arrived, and was curteous and respectful, and answered all the questions I had. Alex showed great knowledge of the heat pump and did a great job in servicing the unit to stop the water leaking from it. He also advised of the need for regular servicing without being pushy and made me more familiar with the unit's features. Highly recommended company and personnel for a reasonable price with fast, friendly service!!
