I moved into a condo only to find that the heat pump was not working although we were told it was in working order when be bought it. I requested a morning appt which were able to accommodate by the 2 techs coming first call of their day. Alex is both knowledgeable and competent. He has provided service to other units in the building. This makes me very comfortable that he could fix anything that needed to be done. He did an inspection of all components of my HVAC system and found them to be working well. He did a cleaning of the unit, and ensured that the filter was correctly installed. My heat pump was not heating, service came and unfortunately found the heat pump had to be replaced he put in a temporary heat pump whil I wait for a replacement.Answer from pro:

We had an excellent experience with Thermocool. They were consistently prompt and professional, from their initial visit to the final repair. What truly impressed us was their ability to efficiently replace our HVAC unit, even though it was not easily accessible, without causing any damage. The system is now functioning perfectly, and both we and our tenants are delighted with the results.
