The company confirmed the booking by email in advance, and then advised their timelines for arrival by text. The team was very courteous, friendly, clean, efficient and organized. Covid precautions were in place. I would 100% recommend ERA Moving and would not hesitate to use them again. They took away the stress of moving day.

Great experience! Moved an entire 3 floor home by 3 guys. They were on time, polite, friendly, accommodating and patient. They were careful with all our belongings and wrapped our furniture. I have zero complaints! Also I almost forgot to mention they are flexible with booking, I had to book last minute because our new home renovations were done late. The price is great, I had 3 other quotes that seemed overpriced or were not flexible. Thanks guys!

New Era did a great job on our move which was a bit complicated. We had things going to different places and they worked with us to make sure everything got to where it needed to go. They were easy to work with, pleasant, and flexible. We had to reschedule our move at the last minute due to COVID and they accommodated our last minute change without any difficulty. They did a great job wrapping our furniture and other items and ensuring everything was well-protected. We had a team of three movers with a very effective leader running the move. In the middle of a very stressful time New Era made things as stress free as they could be. I would not hesitate to recommend this company for your next move!

New Era was responsive, supplying a reasonable quote quickly, answering questions and finalizing the contract. They arrived when they said they would and had the move completed professionally & efficiently

Very smooth move of what was a 1+den condo, pretty much entirely taken up by a 3d printing lab, into a house it sort of all fit in ish. This was set up last-minute. I believe it was 6 days to the move date... on the day it was set up. New Era sent 3 men + 1 truck. The truck was more than sufficient for the task. They handled my 3d printing equipment with great care. There was a tough moment regarding placing the bed, sideways, in the storage room, but they solved the problem quickly, taking care to avoid the walls. They worked efficiently. The only real delays were due to the condo building's procedures. They had other attention to detail, like carpeting over the house's point of entry to avoid tracking in dirt. Colin talked over the process beforehand on the phone, and was pretty transparent with the pricing and the like. The move came in, for me, below the quote, which was a pleasant surprise. I am satisfied with their services. I plan to use them again, since I have yet another move coming.

I was very happy with the move. The guys were at my home promptly at 9:00 am ready to go. They were at the new destination on time , moved and set up everything with expertise and care. We had two sofas that would not fit into the elevators and the guys literally carried both up two flights of stairs , disassembled the sofas because they could not get them through the doors, they went above and beyond to accommodate and make us happy. Thank you Colin , thank you guys for a stress free day.
