Moving is extremely stressful - New Era was exceptional! Excellent crew - packed my Moms stuff in Montréal and then unpacked and set it all up in Toronto. There were some hiccups and yet Colin and the moving team excelled at all touch points. I highly recommend them and Colin was 100% about his word.

Great team - quick, courteous and professional. Moving is stressful to begin with, throw in a pandemic .......but this team alleviated any stress. Very impressed to have Colin drop by to see how everything was going on moving day. Excellent customer service. I would highly recommend them!

Got a return call very quickly, booked us in quickly, the movers also worked quickly. Responsive, respectful, and got the job done. We will be hiring New Era again. The move was for various furniture in the basement and into garage, that I had under-estimated when I first posted the job, but ended up with a few more pieces that weren't part of the original quote. Collin stuck with his original quote, even though I was willing to pay more for the additional items.

We had numerous items of furniture and boxes. We were pleased with there service that they provided again, the two men who arrived were very professional and polite and the move went smoothly. We would recommend this company to people who are looking for professional movers!

I chose New Era moving not because they were the cheapest - been there done that, made that mistake before, but because they sounded like the most reliable, organised and professional. I was not disappointed. The New Era team was punctual, professional and efficient. I highly recommend them and am keeping them on the top of my list for my next move.

We had a difficult move with many heavy items. As added complication, our move was split into two parts--first moving everything into storage, later moving from storage to our home. On both occasions Colin and the New Era team hooked us up with dedicated, tough and capable movers who went above and beyond to ensure everything was moved safely and efficiently. We would unreservedly recommend New Era to anyone planning a move.

Avoid them.. they said there is no hidden fee but they charged me for truck rentals (around 200$) and 4 hours service (it took only 2 hrs) Our new oven got broken (they did pack it) during the moving, and they refused to fix/change it.

Outstanding professional movers who made it easy to move out of our house to our new home. Kind and patient, kid friendly due to having everyone underfoot in COVID times. Took great care of our belongings and helped source our moving materials very economically. Aaron, Colin and the crew led by Nathan were amazing. Thank you for making a stressful day so much less of a worry! Highly recommended!
