After I had sent out the service request, I got Alexi's call in less than 2 minutes. The 2nd day he came and found out that my kitchen sink's clogging was pretty hard to be dealt with because of the embarrassing construction project of the basement, which had been done before I bought the house. He tried 2.5 hours using all kinds of skills with the snake but no luck. We settled on another solution and he came today, finishing the job quickly and professionally. Great work.

I called Alex after seeing excellent reviews on Homestead. He came within an hour and the sink needed a lot more than unblocking! He had to replace a piece of the piping, it was so blocked. As soon as Alex started working, I could see that he was a true professional. He expects planned what he had to do and set to work quickly and efficiently. His skills are excellent and he is a lovely person. The price was also very fair. He is coming back next week to do another job that isn't as urgent. Thanks Alex!

Our hot water heater needed to be replaced and it turned out our main shut off valve was stuck to open. So the installers could not do it without a safety backup. Alexei appeared on a Sunday morning on time as well as the city water department to coordinate a curb side shutoff so that the new valve could be installed. He used a ball valve instead which is more reliable and showed me how bad the old gate valve was. It was corroded and it was 20+ years old. He will also change another leaky valve for our outdoor garage faucet. I attach an old valve picture and a new one.

I called Alexei to replace an old cartdrige to a faucet in the shower tube. He had to order that type of cartdrige but nothing to worry for me from the moment he came to check the issue until 2 weeks later when the part arrived and he came to replace it. When I first spoke with him, Alexei managed to come very shortly which I ussualy appreciate since it’s always urgent when we have such needs
