We selected Reimagine Builders after meeting with a handful of other companies to explore options for our relatively small basement in northwest Calgary. Bo and his team were not only the most cost-effective option, they also delivered exceptional quality and best-in-class service. Despite the project’s relatively modest size, not once did we feel as though were anything but Reimagine’s top priority. They were very amenable to changes in the initial design of the basement and were in constant contact with us throughout the course of the project to ensure we were satisfied with how things were proceeding. Importantly, they also worked with us to find ways to complete the project more efficiently and were very conscious of the disruption to our family on those rare occasions when their work bled into the evening or weekends. In particular, Peggy and Josh were absolutely stellar – their responsiveness, attention to detail and exacting standards of their subcontractors made the finished space that much better. We are extremely pleased with the result – they helped breath fresh life into our little home, and have given us a space that we absolutely love spending time in (something I never thought I’d say of a basement).

We are extremely glad that we decided to go with Reimagine Builders to develop our basement. Our approach was to select only the builders around Calgary that had 5 stars rating to provide us with estimates. Budget was important, but we also wanted to know the high-level process from each company so that we can select the right builder for the project. Through the process of elimination, Reimagine Builders came out on top. Everything was clearly explained to us throughout the various stages of the project. Their website was also well designed and informative. Any issues that we identified during the project were addressed promptly. We had a chance to meet some of the people at Reimagine Builders and they were fantastic people. They were meticulous, but most importantly very professional. They met all our expectations. Our basement turned out great! Overall, we would highly recommend Reimagine Builders to anyone thinking of doing a similar project. Kudos to you Bo, Josh, Peggy and the crew for a project well done!

We are thrilled with our new basement from Reimagine Builders. We interviewed 4 other builders prior to choosing Reimagine. Bo was awesome with helping us design our basement space and the price was reasonable. Bo worked out a cool "under the stairs" bar area - we get many compliments on it. Very functional and attractive without taking up excess space! Throughout the build, the service was professional but personal - Josh and Peggy were very helpful and great to deal with! The final price and time to completion was accurate to the quote. The selection process for materials was easy and organized. Stylish standard options and quality workmanship. Overall positive experience with Reimagine.

We recently finished a basement and built a detached garage in Chestermere with ReImagine and they surpassed our hopes from the appointment in our home for a quote to completion of our projects. ReImagine provided the skilled labourers for each stage of both of the projects. Small adjustments were made to the final price when we asked for upgrades or were given credits for deletions. Otherwise, the quote was the final price. ReImagine's quote, invoicing and receipts were done electronically which made keeping track of our expenses and billing very easy. Their quote was not the highest nor was it the lowest, but we feel we got the best contractor for the price. We were able to go to ReImagine's suppliers and choose our own finishes and the garage siding, soffits and downspouts match our 14 year old house exactly making it look like it's always been there. We've had several neighbours remark about the quality of the work. Peggy and Josh our two Project Managers were always available to answer any questions by phone, email, or by direct message. All permits were looked after by ReImagine and inspections were booked with the city in a timely manner. The last few days the garage and basement had the finishing touches put to them and were cleaned thoroughly. We recommend ReImagine without any qualms.

We hired Reimagine builders for our basement development and it was a good decision. Bo, Josh, Peggy & their crew completed the work in time as estimated and more importantly to our satisfaction. We highly recommend them as they were able to deliver a quality product backed up by 5 year warranty (one of the key deciding factors along with their competitive pricing) giving us a beautiful living space combined with a peace of mind. The entire project was handled well and completed smoothly.

When we were in the process of purchasing our home, we decided to go with the mortgage plus reno in order to finish the basement. This meant needing a quote to give the bank on short notice. I contacted many companies but either they took a very long time getting back to me, or their estimates were much higher than we were expecting to pay. When I contacted ReImagine, I received an immediate response, and Bo was able to come to the house and give us a quote very quickly. The price was less than other companies, and he even gave me a booking credit that was meant to be used earlier in the year. Peggy oversaw the project and was beyond amazing, always very quick to respond to any questions and made sure we always knew what was going on. She is a huge asset and I loved working with her. Josh was also great, making sure I was happy with anything that was done. Any small problems that came up were taken care of efficiently and to my satisfaction. The timeline went over a bit, which is never ideal, but Peggy and Josh worked hard to make sure we could wrap things up as soon as possible. We are very happy with how everything turned out, thanks so much for our gorgeous basement!

My wife and I were finally able to buy our dream home. The only issue was the unfinished basement. Our plan was to make the basement into a day home for my wife to run. We didn't want it to look cheap and also didn't want to pay a small fortune. We did our due diligence and had many companies come by. Reimagine was by far the most professional company we dealt with. When we decided to go with them their professional ways continued. They met all deadlines and the basement looks beautiful. We couldn't be happier.

I got Bo from Reimagine Builders to come do an estimate for a 24’x 22’ and to develope my basement and got them to do it. I dealt with Peggy for the whole build and she was awesome to work with. Any issues that came up she was always happy to address them and make sure I was happy. Now just over 2 mo the later I have my garage and basement done. I highly recommended Reimagine Builders.

Bo, Josh and the rest of the crew at Reimagine were extremely professional and helpful during the entire process, from design to completion. We could not be happier with how the basement turned out. They worked with us through design ideas to changes to touch ups, whatever we needed. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who may be interested in a similar project.
