We had our basement developed by ReImagine Builders over the summer and we are EXTREMELY happy with the finished product! In the beginning, we had several quotes and even thought of coordinating the project ourselves but after our initial meeting with Bo and his quick return of an easy to understand and affordable quotation we knew we would be in good hands with ReImagine Builders! Bo made us feel like we were his only client by taking the time to discuss different possibilities and options for our basement. He is very knowledgeable about building codes, etc. and always had great advice on ways to keep costs down. The project started on time and was completed in 8 weeks, just what we needed for our teenagers who wanted the basement developed ASAP! Once the project started, Peggy and Josh were our first points of contact. Peggy was on top of everything right from the start, providing us with an easy to follow schedule. She is very friendly and approachable and goes the extra mile for each one of her clients! Peggy made sure she had regular contact with us and she accommodated changes we made during the project and never minded providing us with different quotes and updated invoices! Josh made sure that the work being done by the ReImagine Builders tradespeople was exceptional. It is very rare that my husband doesn’t critique building work that we have had done but he was nothing but smiles throughout our basement development! To say we are happy with the finished result is an understatement! In fact, we are all delighted to have this wonderful new space in our home, even our dog prefers to hang out down there!! I found Re-Imagine Builders after reading the positive review from Homestar and Google. I am glad I did use them. The job is well done, on-time as promised and with the agreed price. In particular, I like the way they lay out what you will get with the stated price, including the number of rooms, doors, pot lights etc. This was my fear when I started looking for a basement contractor, for such as relatively large amount, and you are not sure what you will get. Based on my research, they are very price competitive. Bo, the boss, is very knowledgeable and listen to your concern and willing to work within our budget. Peggy, my project manager, was very organize and patience. Since this is my first time involving real property contracts, we were very nervous what we are getting for the price we pay, as well as the quality. Peggy was great in dealing with my various changes and demand. Josh, the quality controller, was great as well. There were some minor defects in our basement, even they existed prior to the job, Josh didn't mind to fix them for us. At the end, both me and my wife are very happy to the result. Thank you guys!!! Reimagine was awesome to work with! On time, high quality and within budget. They stick to their word and remain extremely prompt with follow up phone calls and progress updates. The old "pride" of quality work, customer service and on-time delivery is alive and kicking in Reimagine. Do your homework, however give Reimagine a chance to exceed your expectations and I'm sure you will find comfort in both their approach and execution.

It's almost expected that getting renovations is going to be stressful and frustrating. I know I am picky, and have high expectations, so this was not a process I was looking forward to. When the construction first started I was calling Peggy Sue about a couple things to make sure it wasn't missed. She was on top of it before I even called her. I learned very quickly to just sit back, let the guys have access to my basement to get what they need done, and if something seems off, mention it to Peggy Sue, then sit back again because she will take care of it. I never ever had to leave messages, or wait for responses or wonder about anything. I am actually still in a bit of shock at how easy this was. Bo gave a quote and it only changed, if I added something. Peggy Sue was in contact with me the entire process, and she was a dream to work with. All the guys that were working in my basement were so kind and helpful. What a great team of people. 100% would I recommend Reimagine to anyone. I received quotes from 4 contractor. I am SOOOOOOO happy I decided to go with Bo. I can promise that you will also be very happy with the work Bo's team does and the smooth process from start to finish.

My family and I are very satisfied with the basement that we are now enjoying thanks to the excellent work done by ReImagine Builders. The communication process, the progress made on a timely manner and the whole construction was done according to our wishes. We had a challenge of increasing our space with our starter-turned-forever home, with a growing family. We wanted a place to keep our toys and space for ourselves so we started out search for someone to help us out. From the beginning of us reaching out and getting a customized response and offer to provide a quote for us in the same night to when we finally closed on the project, ReImagine Builders were able to provide a dependable and responsive service to us and our needs. They were able to figure out a schedule where we could do a personalized feature wall and gift wrapping closet, and be willing to work with us as opposed to forcing us into a "one-size-fits-all" upsell solution. We enjoyed our time with ReImagine Builders and would recommend them to others who are in a similar situation.

We recently decided to finish our basement and got several quotes from basement development companies. ReImagine was very quick in getting the quote back to us and it was a competitive quote. They were also able to get us in their schedule to get the job done before Christmas. Bo was very helpful when designing the layout for the basement and had creative ideas to optimize the space. Peggy and Josh were great communicators throughout the whole process and it led to a very stress free basement development. They were also able to complete the job in just over 8 weeks like promised. The tradespeople they employee did a professional job, were clean and respectful of our space. I would recommend ReImagine builders to anyone planning to develop their basement!

Reimagine Builders developed basement which was completed 1 week ago. I’m very satisfied on the outcome on the project so I’m giving them 5 Stars or higher if possible. Our basement now looks like a small 2BR condominium unit. I like on how Reimagine trust their Clients. They don’t require a deposit prior to starting the work and your first payment in only after the 1st inspection done by the City of Calgary. They are also attentive and responsive on any observations that you raise with them while the work is on-going. They also have 5 year warranty which I don’t expect to use as the quality of their Trades works appears great. Overall I believe Reimagine Builders is a professional, trusted and reliable basement developer so I recommend them.
